Fully remodeled 2BR 2.5BA condo steps from the beach

Welcome to the highly sought after Portside community on the quiet west end of PCB, directly across the street from the most beautiful beaches! This family friendly neighborhood is conveniently located just 2 miles from Pier Park but it’s far enough away to skip the traffic! There are three pools (two of which are only about 150 steps from the back patio) a kiddie pool and a hot tub, tennis courts, clubhouse and shuffleboard areas. This gorgeous townhome is completely renovated from top to bottom and stunningly decorated! It has two bedrooms upstairs, one of which is a master suite with a king bed, a full bath and a balcony overlooking the grounds. The second bedroom has a queen bed with another full bath located in the hallway just outside the bedroom. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room with access to a half bath downstairs, perfect for the kiddos. The kitchen is perfection with a beautiful granite countertops and a huge island. You won’t mind cooking up a meal or two in here! The beach is easy to access and with this townhome being one of the front units in the neighborhood, it is only about 300 steps till your feet touch the sand!

Great location close to everything you need and places to go. Steps from the pool and beach, couldn't get any closer. The unit was spotless from top to bottom, will stay here again and again.

We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. The unit is super clean and very well renovated with all the upgrades. Very close to the pools, hot tub, and beach. 10/10 would recommend.

The condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is within a short walk of a very nice quiet part of the beach. The owners were very responsive and thoughtful. We will definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

Anniversary Getaway

I have traveled and stayed at other rental properties, but I must say that this property tops them all. The home was gorgeous. The beach scenery throughout the home was beautiful. The Cole’s had things available for us that wasn’t expected. The Cole’s were amazing, any question I had was answered immediately. I will definitely be booking with The Cole’s for my next trip to PCB.

Family trip

This was the perfect place to extend our beach trip for our son’s birthday. The inside was beautifully remodeled, host communicated early and often, and location was great. The only thing to know is parking at the complex is an additional fee (40/vehicle). I didn’t notice this mentioned I the listing, but wasn’t a huge deal. We loved our stay and have already recommended it to other families we know!
