The condo floor was full of sand from the previous tenants and there was no broom to sweep the floor. I reached out to the management team and no one ever responded. They also didn't have pillows for the pullout couch.

Nice unit; good value, paid laundry and lack of towel set for each guest is less than ideal. Parking restrictions make it difficult for guests traveling in at different times to get checked in. Check in was supposed to be via the portal, but the guard checked me in. App disappeared with no email of receipt. Has to request new password to see payment.Would definitely rent again.

Terrible - condo unit was 86 degrees when we arrived with an unopened portable ac unit in the living area. I called and Southern Rentals could not explain anything & they were supposed to call me back and never did. I went to the office and they got approval from Southern Rentals to install the portable unit. It was able to maintain 77 degrees in the condo and we had to purchase fans to help move the air to the bedroom and bathroom. We could not cook in the condo due to heating it up even more. Also, could not lock the sliding glass door due to venting the portable ac unit. Additional issues - cost to park is 35 not 30, wrist bands are 6 not 5, floors not mopped (ask me how I know), we had to plunge the shower drain with nasty black stuff coming back out of it, fridge handle completely broken off before arrival so difficult to open, roach in the kitchen sink, new ac installed on Thursday but could not stay in the condo due on Wednesday or Thursday due to prep work for new ac installation, then they had pest control from 9-12 one day where they would be entering the unit so either stay & wait or leave with any valuables brought until after they are done. Very little rest with all the issues!!!
