Our family had a great week at this large and lovely house. The property manager was very attentive and helpful. We loved the outdoor space with pool, hot tub, loungers, sofa and table. We also loved the great room where we could all be together while cooking, eating at the large island, and relaxing on the sofa. Short walk to beach but worth it for the nice beach with amenities including bathroom and showers. Would definitely stay again

Amazing stay!

The house is in a great location, only. 2 miles from public beach access. However, there are not 6 true bedrooms. The 6th bedroom is actually a small den (no closet) with a pullout loveseat and desk with nowhere to hang or store your clothes; there are no pictures of that room in the listing. For some visitors, this may not be an issue, but it was for us as we needed an adult to stay in that room for a week.

Great Getaway

Had a great visit to this gorgeous home with my extended family. The house accommodated us very nicely and the location is really great- walked to beach everyday, and strolled for coffee in the morning; quick drive to tons of great restaurants and shopping too. We really enjoyed using the pool in the home as well!

Great Vacation Property for our Yearly Family Reunion

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The pool was a hit along with the lovely tropical backyard perfect for family meals and grilling, and all in walking distance to the beach. The house was amazing and well supplied. Above all, the property managers, Jack & Laurie, were extremely hospitable and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Loved Boynton Beach!

This is a beautiful home perfectly situated minutes from the beach, and a short drive to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Jack the property manager was extremely welcoming, and our entire family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The home was well furnished and stocked with all our needs for cooking, cleaning etc. We hope to return!!!!

Great Getaway

Wonderful home with great pool and jacuzzi setup. Perfect location. A 5-7 minute walk to beach. There were 10 of us ( 4 teens 13-17) ( 6 adults 46-75 years) all with the goal of being together and just chilling. This was a great place to do it.

Brilliant Boynton Beach!

My family and I had a brilliant stay. Great location, very close (short walk) to a lovely beach and easy short drive to restaurants and shops. House had everything you needed including beach stuff which was really handy. Nice pool and great size bedrooms all with bathrooms. The pool table and air hockey were a real highlight for my 10 year old boy! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful quiet getaway so close to the beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautiful and ideal for relaxing in every corner. Pick either the large front living room, tv room or out by the pool. There's also a fun room upstairs for pool or foosball. Jack is readily available if needed. The best for us is that the beach was only a 5 min walk away!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful house. We had seven people in our group. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. It was very spacious and nicely kept. We really enjoyed the pool area. We spent most of our time by the pool it was so nice and private in your backyard. We would definitely stay there again. Also we had great communication with the owner and the property manager.

Amazing family beach vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The layout was spacious for our family with two small children and two sets of grandparents. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool very much and the hot tub was a huge hit. The location was ideal - a 5-7 minute walk to the beach which had bathroom amenities, and a 5-10 min drive to many great restaurants in Boynton and Delray. We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and this was definitely one of our favorites, particularly in Florida. The property manager is also incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location and nice pool and backyard

We enjoyed our stay very much at the property. The backyard and pool were great as was the location. The kitchen was missing some key cooking items and there were multiple items that needed repair (curtains falling down, drawers broken). 6th “bedroom” is an office with a pullout couch located in the front of the house- very noisy for anyone trying to sleep in there. Overall we enjoyed the property.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious and enough rooms and bathrooms for our big family. A short walk to the beach. The house provided all the linens and beach towels. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the children. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The house overall was beautiful! Any needs we had our manager, Jake, took care of it right away. The public beach and facilities were clean and had easy access to the beach. The beach was clean and quite! Great experience and would recommend.

Paradise for Us!

We are an adult couple who rented this for 3 1/2 weeks, hosting our extended family and other guests during most of our stay. Worked incredible for just the two of us, adult couples only, and our kids/grandkids ages 2-35. Truly perfect for us. Beds all comfortable and spacious, well-stocked with everything we needed from kitchen items to games to extra bedding to pool and beach toys/chairs. The location is perfection: minutes to the gorgeous beach as well as a charming walking street for morning walks. Don't miss the sunrise at the beach!!! As with all stays, things come up, but Jack did his best to address all of our issues promptly and with enthusiasm! We will definitely be return guests!

Ideal vacation home

Our group of seven (ages 22-64) stayed at the Coconut Lane house. The house location is ideally situated to the beach & walking distance to restaurants & bars (15 minute walk). We even walked to CVS! The house is quite large, decorated nicely with comfortable furniture. The house is comfortably outfitted with everything you need to hang out by the pool or beach, stay home & cook, have movie night or have a roaring billiards competition. The manager was especially attentive and kind. Everything in the house was in working condition. We didn’t encounter any problems. One of our favorite vacations yet. We highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home and location

Our family of 11 rented this property for the week of July 4th and we were delighted with the home, the location and great service by the property manager. The beach is a short walk and the nearby wharf includes rentals for boats and jet skis. Delray Beach is a 10 minute car ride and is loaded with fun shops and great restaurants. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen included condiments, seasonings a regular coffee maker, a keurig and electric tea kettle. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Everyone was thoroughly entertained all week and we were sad to leave. We made a couple calls to the property manager during our stay who responded within minutes and resolved our issues that same day. I would definitely rent here again. Highly recommend!

Ungepflegtes Haus neben einer Baustelle

Wir wollten unseren Familienurlaub dort verbringen aber bei der Ankunft gab es eine negative Überraschung nach der anderen: ohrenbetäubender Baulärm direkt neben dem Haus und Garten. Dort wurde ein grosses Haus gebaut. Dies war nicht in der Objektbeschreibung aufgeführt und der Vermieter hatte uns auch nicht im Vorfeld darüber informiert, obwohl wir vorab gefragt hatten, ob es in der Nähe eine Baustelle gibt, die Lärm verursachen könnte. Hier wurde uns nicht die Wahrheit gesagt. Zudem waren das Gebäude und das Grundstück in einem desolaten und extrem ungepflegten Zustand: überall war Schmutz und Unrat auf der Terrasse und im Garten, kaputte Möbel und Türen und improvisierte Reparaturen. Die Fotos von dem Haus sind also absolut irreführend und bilden nicht den heruntergekommenen Zustand des Objekts ab. Es hat absolut nichts mit Luxus zu tun. Wesentlich schlimmer war jedoch, dass weder der Vermieter noch der Eigentümer sich aufgrund des Baulärms um eine schnelle und zufriedenstellende Lösung bemüht haben. Uns wurde kein Ersatzobjekt angeboten und auch die Miete wurde uns nicht erstattet, obwohl der Eigentümer die Leistung nicht erbracht hat und vertragsbrüchig war. Wir sind dann nach einer Nacht ausgezogen und haben dann einige Tage später erfahren, dass der Eigentümer während unserer Buchung selbst in dem Haus wohnte, auf unsere Kosten! Er hat bis heute die gesamte Miete einbehalten, hat Termine für eine Klärung nicht wahrgenommen. Leider ist das kein seriöses Verhalten.

Relaxing Family Get-Away

Home was located in a beautiful neighborhood literally a block from the Ocean and park. Home was spacious and pool and amenities were very nice..we even had air-hockey tournaments. Jack the property manager was awesome and very responsive to all our needs. We had 8 in our party 5 cousins and crew and there was more than enough room for all. Additionally it was about 2 hours to Universal Studios so convent enough for a day trip. All in all we had an amazingly relaxing and fun family bonding vacation. I would definitely recommend this property. Robin
