Create magical memories with your family at our highly themed 3 bedroom/3-bathroom newly renovated vacation home located in the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort! Located just 3 miles from Disney, this gated resort features dueling water slides, Olympic size zero-entry pool and hot tub, water park, fitness center and tennis courts – all included in your stay! Our home is tastefully decorated with Disney themed rooms and your own private Mickey themed pool.

Our townhome is located on Maneshaw, just a three-minute walk to the pool!

The house will have an initial welcome kit of toiletries, dish soap and paper towels. While the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, it does not have condiments or other food items.

Pets are $150 for the entire stay -25lb limit per HOA rules

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the home or in the pool area. This property requires a $300 Security deposit. It will be collected separately two days before check in. Valid government issued photo ID is also required. There are outdoor security cameras at the property. No parties allowed.

Enjoyed our stay

We really liked the Disney theming throughout the house! With the unit being dog friendly, it was absolutely great that this is on the end of the building with easy access to the walking path in the middle of the buildings. My little pup enjoyed his morning and evening walks there. Being a kid friendly home, it could use a few more dishes and cups for kids as well as utensils for cooking meals.

Great Windsor Hills Property

We’ve stayed at different properties at Windsor Hills at least a half dozen times over the years. Of all the townhomes we’ve enjoyed this was the nicest. The finishes and decor are delightful for a Disney theme. Host has every detail nailed. Coleen was the most attentive host. Highly recommend this property.

The communication was great, no issues with check in or while we were there. We enjoyed the space for our family of 5. The online pictures were a very fair representation of how clean the property was. The resort property was also very well maintained and in great condition. We would stay here again!

Close to amenities

The townhouse was just like the pictures show. Loved how close it was to the community pool and amenities. Our only negative was that the beds squeaked any time you moved. Overall though we were super happy staying here!

Christmas Vacation

Property was clean, the home was decorated nicely. We take trips often and this home was definitely one of the most comfortable places we've stayed. I brought so many of our own supplies that I ended up not needing because the owner had an abundance of everything you could need. She was very responsive to messages and even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well during our trip. As promised the property is extremely close to Disney. We had a great Christmas vacation and will consider staying here again in the future.

Best Disney Stay Yet!

We just left Windsor Wish. Colleen was a great host and very responsive to any questions. Just before check-in she sent a multi-page brochure with any info we would need. The property was just perfect (and we are picky). It was exactly as pictured and so so clean!! Plenty of towels for all. The resort is in fact a 10-15min drive to each park (we hit very little traffic) and 30min from the airport. Pool/clubhouse/arcade were very well maintained. We took part in 2 great kids’ activities. Windsor Wish is in fact a 3 min walk to the main pool. Honestly it was 1,000x better than our stay at Port Orleans last year. We’ll never do a Disney resort hotel after finding Windsor Hills!!

Location!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in Windsor Hills. The home is a perfect distance to Disney. Home was very clean and the private pool was great. It was slightly warmer than the resort pool, so that was a bonus. The home was decorated exactly as described. A few cons, beds are just okay. Bed frames squeak if you move and mattresses are just fine. Not great, but not horrible. Also, home could use a few more cooking equipment/ items. There were not many pots and pans. Just the bare minimum. A starter pack of dish soap would be ideal for when you don’t want to run the dishwasher. Overall, great stay and would recommend for a quick trip.

Parent, pet, and kid approved

Pros- clean, roomy, private, attached pool area, resort amenities, distance to Disney (and distance to a walk in clinic that we unfortunately had to utilize twice!). Price was great and we got so much more space than if we had gotten a hotel for approximately the same price per night. The kids loved their themed rooms and we loved having a nice big room with a large connected bathroom. No real cons, but the pots and pans are all Teflon and scratched badly. We ended up buying a pan to use. We will definitely rent again.

Excellent Trip

Everything was fantastic. Had one issue that was out of the owners control but when I communicated with her, she went above and beyond to handle it and treated us great. Highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Disneyworkd area to look no further. We will definitely try to book again when we come back.

Nice Disney themed property

Property was nice. Pool was nice but if you want a lounge chair, get there early. Needing to wear wrist bands in the pool area was annoying too but is what it is. Condo was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6. Private pool is small but nice to hang out in. I would book it again.

Perfect Disney Themed Home for Families

We rented this home for our Disney trip. It was perfect for our 5 and 2 year old. Colleen provided all the essentials from kid friendly kitchen essentials to a high chair, pack n play and some pool toys! The house was very clean and the pool was great for the kids after we returned from the parks. Food delivery was easy and very convenient for nearby grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home!!!

This VRBO was perfect for my daughters Disney birthday trip. Colleen thought of every single detail- she really nailed it!
