Wondeful place. Cozy and clean + a great host! Fenway is a little further than advertise, but we had an awesome stay.

The house was nice and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The house was close enough to walk to the red line, about 18 minutes. Just keep in mind you'll have 2 big inclines walking back from the station. The neighborhood was quiet and overall a nice stay.

Great place! Neighborhood restaurants were great and was a perfect central location for us to travel north and south of Boston for day trips. Would stay again!

The house looked exactly as advertised. The house and beds were clean, cozy and comfortable. We cooked some meals at home and found everything, including a spice rack, we needed except a pan for oven use. The bathroom had a huge, (I'm jealous) closet with towels, first aid kit, soap and accessories you might need. The parking area was perfect. We drove our car into Boston. The train was a bit of a walk and to take the bus and then train for the 3 of us, it wasn't much more to drive. I looked for places to park in Spot Hero. We would definitely stay here again.

On the whole, it was ok. the beds were very comfortable. There was no dish soap, not enough face cloths, no dish rags to wash the dishes. the floors were sticky. Only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 8 days. Fan in bathroom blows out hot air and no grab bars in tub. My adult children were locked out of the house on the porch at 9:30 at night. Luckily I was in the house to let them in the front door. I don't plan on staying there again. Too much traffic in the area.

We left halfway through our trip when my partner and I realized the multitude of problems and health concerns at this property. I can only add 8 pictures, I would add more if it was possible. They also use Midea window AC units that are on Federal recall for an immediate refund from the CFPB, in fact, I actually got a refund because I had one of the units affected, and the ACs at this location are affected also. They will not get back to you, and when they reply, they will send a generic response if any response at all while failing to address concerns. Have yet to hear back from the Host, have been in contact with Vrbo.

Great place!

This apartment was perfect for our couples weekend trip to Boston: 15 minutes walking to the red line, quiet (for a city) neighbourhood, clean space, and parking. The only downside was the upstairs residents seemed to be the most active from 10 pm to around 4 am every night, heavy footfalls and moving furniture across the floor. Otherwise its the perfect place to stay.

Nice place to stay

We had a great time while we were here. The owners left a cute welcome gift and that was a nice touch. I would stay again. I will say that it would be nice to have cleaning supplies accessible. I know they have a cleaner but I like to touch up and clean prior to leaving, some wipes at the very least.
