Rental was as described. Place was comfortable and well equipped. Had basics like coffee, tea, cooking oil, flour, sugar, spices etc... which I really appreciated. A/C worked great! Perry was a great host, very generous at offering suggestions/recommendations and responsive to requests. Only suggestions I have to make this place even more awesome is to maybe provide basic things like body soap, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower (wall mounted maybe), since there isn't much room on the bathtub edges. And consider making it possible to do some electric vehicle charging on the premises. Otherwise, this place was great and we enjoyed our stay. Good location, easy on/off the T, and off street parking availability was really awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Perry could not have been kinder with many suggestions of things to do and see. This is definitely a pet friendly environment with fenced yard. Another perk off street parking in the driveway, especially when the street cleaner comes!!Easy dog walks to Franklin Park and the Southwest Corridor. So close to Stoney Brook T stop on the orange line.The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for cooking and baking, supply your own groceries. We also had access to the gas grill.Another advantage is use of in unit washer/dryer. Easy for less packing!!Great place for a couple and/or family with children and pups.

This is a great apartment in an excellent neighborhood. The living room is spacious and comfy. The big kitchen is perfectly stocked. Both bedrooms are large and comfortable. It's a great place.

Boston Spring Break

Nice place to stay in Boston

We enjoyed our stay while we were moving our daughter to Boston. The location was good (quiet but not too far out), really appreciated the off street parking, the house was well stocked with anything you can think of (including band aids which I needed!), and we enjoyed being able to walk to Sam Adams and the Haven.

Excellent Stay in Jamaica Plain

The property and neighbourhood are pretty good and the amenities are also really great. Perry is a really thoughtful and gracious host, the attention to detail in the property is amazing, it is very spacious. Also travelling is pretty convenient as it is 15-20 minutes away from Downtown Boston and the Cambridge Area is also pretty accessible. Would recommend this to anyone coming to Boston.

Perfect stay

We liked our 3 days in Boston very much: comfortable, quiet, well equipped. Easy to commute to town with orange line, Perry very helpful with advice. Big plus: Safe car parking on premises behind gate and Adams brewery around corner!
