It is amazing to be this close to the white sugary sands. This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath direct gulf front condo offers everything.
The balcony provides incredible views of the beach as well as the outdoor pool. The balcony is high enough to see everything yet low enough to feel engaged. The front bedroom has exceptional views out the front window as well as an east facing window with even more beach views. The second master bedroom also has beach views.
Harbour Place has the perfect balance of community and accessibility. The swim through heated indoor and outdoor pools are a hit and the whirlpool is just right. Condo #111 has been updated and offers a relaxing and calming vibe to make both extended and short stays so enjoyable and relaxing. Everything you need for either type of stay is there, including a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
Just steps away from the stunning white sands of the gulf. So easy to grab the beach chairs, toys, the umbrella and your favorite beach hat and head to the beach. Then enjoy the late afternoons and evenings with a drink or a meal on the front facing shaded balcony. Dining, night life and shopping are just down the street.

Hello,
Ed and I are Iowans that have fallen in love with the shores of Alabama.
Time goes by so fast but we have been married for over 30 years and we are the parents of three young adult sons whom we are super proud of and enjoy spending time with.
We aren't quite retired yet from corporate work, but we wish we were. We reside in Iowa and outside of our "real" jobs, we have purchased homes in Iowa, renovated them and then rented them out. We do most all of the work ourselves and each home takes on special meaning to us. We continue to own and care for every home we have renovated. Our day dreams revolve around making home renovation and property management our full time jobs.
We are looking forward to helping others have a great experience when they come to Orange Beach.

Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
When we took a trip to Gulf Shores in the Spring of 2021, we knew we had to make a home in the area. Long ago, our way out there dream was own a property in Hawaii; but when we set foot on the gulf beaches, all that changed. We love it here and we love the people here.
We were drawn to Harbour Place because we really liked that it was a low density complex and because we were allowed to customize the condo. We our first condo unit in Harbour Place in May of 2021. We loved our first condo so much that when this larger direct gulf front unit came on the market, we adjusted everything we had to get it. We love it. We love that we can interact with others from our balcony if we choose. We love that we feel so close to the gulf when we wake up in the morning and see the gulf before we even climb out of bed. And we love that this unit had the space we desired to continue to make memories with our now adult children.
Harbour Place may not be the fanciest place, the tallest place or the biggest place; but it is the place where we felt a sense of belonging and community; even if only on short visits.
