2 bedroom, 2 bath lake cottage sitting on spacious open land. Relaxing and breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset awaits you. Come relax and enjoy time with family and friends! We have RV hookups on water's edge and up close by home. If you have friends or family that travel with their home - bring them!! Close to Tyler and many restaurants and fun activities as well.

The family had a wonderful time here. The property was great, we came for my son’s birthday, he said he wanted somewhere to fish. The personally dock was a perfect spot and we were able to catch some fish. Also loved taking the kayaks out on the water. It was a perfect birthday weekend getaway and he’s talked about wanted to go back again.

Relaxing at the Lake house

I had surgery on Wednesday we went to the lake house Thursday morning. Check in was easy and everything was ready when we arrived.. i would recommend bringing a wagon it awalk to the dock. Over all we really enjoyed staying at the little lake house.

Great stay

I loved staying here and will no doubt return as soon as possible. Ms. Dana has the home very clean and decorated perfectly. You will have everything you need once you check in. The Piney Woods Bungalow is the perfect place to stay for a peaceful, relaxing and fun getaway!

Amazing Birthday Getaway

This was a great place for my wife and I to enjoy a relaxing getaway. We brought the kayaks and fished within sight of the dock and caught enough catfish for a nice meal. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing time.

Short, sweet stay

We had a nice stay here for one night. The weather didn’t cooperate but it was a pretty view nonetheless. We had a nice dinner overlooking the rainy lake.

Very Peaceful

It was great to get away and relax for a few days. Our favorite activity was sitting on the porch and watching the lake or the birds in the area, Really enjoyed getting out in the kayak and sitting on the dock. The lake house completely filled our vacation needs.

Amazing place for family time

We had a great time in this clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, amenity stocked property. Had a great time playing board games, fishing, having bonfires, grilling and relaxing. Dana was responsive to questions and was incredibly welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Great getaway with kids

We loved our lake retreat. This property is great with kids because they can walk right into the water and the owners have so many things to keep them entertained. Loved fishing from the dock. Communication with owner was quick and she was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be going back for a longer vacation there soon.

What a great place!

We had such a great time staying here. There were so many things for us to do on the lake. Dana was extremely helpful, kind, and available when called upon.. She thought of everything you need for your stay here. Such a great experience for our family of 5. We will definitely be coming back..

Wonderful stay!

This place has everything you need inside and out. The covered pier was great when we had a few showers come through. You will definately catch a ton of fish off the pier. The town is close enough if you need something you forgot. House is very clean and comfy. Hope to stay again next year!
