Even though our stay was short, your place was great for us. We arrived later then we wanted to but your keyless code entry made it easy. Your place is clean and spacious. The location was convenient for us and we felt safe. Thank you again. If we are in the area again, we will be sure to get in touch!

Worked for our family stay

Quick trip for family get together. Place was clean but floors could have been cleaner. Beds were good but sheets were not soft so suggest replacing. Did not feel completely comfortable with all the exit doors in the bedrooms. Would like them to be more secure. For the price, it worked.

House temp struggle

The house was cute but the AC struggled to keep the house cool. It was also very humid. At night, we struggled to sleep bc the temperature was varying so much. I also didn’t like that two of the bedrooms have doors to the outside. The kitchen was adequate but not well laid out. We had to hunt for some things. The owner was responsive to communication.

40 year reunion

I stayed there with three other girlfriends or a robbery Lee high school reunion. There was no hairdryer. They were out of body wash, and the lawn was not mowed.

Road noise bad

The master bed room needs more insulation it’s hot , road noise bad, shower stall pull away from wall. Piece of tile in kitchen up enough to make someone to fall. Couch had cereal stars in it was not cleaned and one of the beds when I stripped it had a urine spot on the mattress pad that we slept on not happy. The ad shows the yard is clean when you go out there it’s grown up and some one did not pick up the cigar butts from who was there before us. Will not be back.

Cute but old

The pictures online makes the property look nicer than it is. The bedrooms and living areas were clean, but the bathrooms and kitchen weren’t as clean. The stovetop’s pilot light kept clicking with the use of each burner. We made due with the pots and pans we had, but had to get creative to get breakfast cooked.

Nationals in Tyler

The house was so clean, well kept, and easy to navigate to and from, we stayed for the closeness and convenience to the WT Brookshire conference center. The host was so kind and responsive with any questions or concerns. If we are ever in Tyler again, this would be the first place I looked to rent.

The owner was kind and communicative, the inside was spacious and clean. The outside of home was dated and the neighborhood was fair/poor not ideal but did the trick for what i needed.
