The unit has an assigned parking space as well as guest parking in the lot. The complex is a gated community with code entry thru security gate, entry into the elevator lobby as well as the condo. Stairwell, elevator and trash chute are located on the front balcony of the condo corridor.

We have private beach access to the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach which is located a few short steps away. Enjoy sunbathing at the bay front heated swimming pool with tables, chairs and chase loungers as well as restrooms and covered sitting area.
