20360 Thompson Way- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
A luxurious Rehoboth Beach home that includes all the extras - nothing was overlooked! This stunning four-bedroom property is west of Coastal Highway, but with a private pool and hot tub, you may not want to go in town at all!

The high-end kitchen comes well-equipped with a breakfast bar. The dining and living areas are finished with floor to ceiling windows, plus access out to the pool. A separate game room also has a door that leads to the pool, but if you need additional sleeping space, you can find a hideaway bed in this room as well.

Bedroom 1 is a master suite with a king bed, private bath with shower stall and a private terrace.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed in a cozy room, and shares a bath with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 has a single/ double bunk bed, and is modestly sized.

Bedroom 4 features a queen bed in an apartment-style suite above the garage with its own private entry. Suite includes a kitchenette.

Additional sleeping space can be found in the living room of the apartment suite, thanks to the queen sleeper sofa, as well as the hideaway in the game room.

Outdoor enjoyment for everyone! This home has a private pool, six-person hot tub, fire pit, bocce ball court, and 3 bikes. Don't forget the screen porch off of the pool deck! Start making your memories at this gorgeous property now! The absolute perfect vacation rental!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $272.00.

You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. Nice house on a quiet cul de sac with ample shade. The layout worked well for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a plus, giving us a place to cool off after the beach. My grandson loved it. We will be back next year!

Very nice place to stay

The house was spacious enough to fit all 12 of us comfortably. The dinning room table was large enough for us all to eat together. Having a pool was wonderful and the drive to the beach was quick.

An amazing house!

We had an incredible stay at this amazing house! The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and we loved spending time in the outdoor living space and kitchen. Everything was beautifully designed and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy our time here. We can’t wait to come back! Beautiful Modern home

This house was well maintained with modern features and was able to accommodate 3 families. We loved that the house was located only a mile from Rohobath beach/boardwalk and also on a quiet street. A few suggestions would be a heated pool and keyless entry for the front door. Another thing worth mentioning is that the bunk room has 3 walls and the 4th wall is a half wall that opens up to the staircase which can carry sound from the main living space into the room. Overall, this was a very luxurious home and we absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again.

The apartment had a musty cigarette smell in it that the air fresheners didn't cover up. They just made it worse. The smoke detector in the primary bedroom beeped all night because it needed a new battery. Seven of the guests got a rash all over their body from the hottub. We had very low water pressure for most of the week.

Beautiful Home

What a wonderful house, so unique and located close to everything. The kitchen was so well stocked and meal prep was easy- high end appliances helped. The pool was too cold to enjoy- end of season, and the hot tub stopped working, requiring maintenance to correct the issue. We had 3 couples and a toddler and there was lots of room to spread out. The universal remote was a challenge, but one tech savvy person figured it out. Both the owner and the property manager were responsive. Our only non 5star item were the mattresses. In all of the rooms, they were just not good- surprising because everything else was just excellent. We will also bring our own linens next time. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home’s location was perfect - a very quick drive to the beach, Jungle Jim’s water park, a multitude of grocery stores and restaurants, plus it’s on a cul-de-sac so there was very limited vehicular traffic (perfect for our rollerblading kiddos!). The pool, hot tub and outdoor screened-in porch were utter game changers. We will absolutely be back!!
