The home has two spacious primary suites, two additional bedrooms, living space with Queen sofa bed and three full baths, along with a half bath and an outdoor shower. Beaching it with the Fam

Mendy is an incredible host! Great communicator and always responsive to any question. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the property. Prime location, can bike to Dewey and Rehobeth. House is perfect for larger families and right on the beach. Little slice of tranquillity where you can soak up the sunshine. We will be back again!

We had a great long weekend stay. Can’t beat the location. The 1st floor deck was perfect to set up a shallow kiddie pool for the toddler so we could play in the shade of the table umbrella. Short walk to beach. Tons of room. The 3rd floor deck/family room was nice to spread out (we didn’t need the sleeper sofa for a bed). Kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc. we never used them, but there were beach chairs and a beach umbrella available. Easy communication with owner. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic beach week. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. BBQ worked great. Six beach chairs and one umbrella provided. Townhome was clean when we arrived and Mendy was quick to respond with any questions. Everyone loved it was only 200 feet from the beach.Would definitely go back again!!Carolyne

Perfect Beach Getaway for Families

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this 3-story townhome just steps from the beach in Dewey. The location was absolutely perfect for our extended family getaway with kids—it was super convenient to go back and forth to the beach, and we loved being close enough to walk or take the trolley into town and to the Rehoboth boardwalk.The townhome was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication with the host was top-notch, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.We’d definitely stay here again for our annual family beach trip—already looking forward to next year!

We recently stayed at this beautifully furnished three-story townhouse in Rehoboth, Delaware, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The home offered stunning beach views and was the perfect setup for our multi-generational family. The townhouse was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, providing both comfort and style. It felt like a true home away from home. The owners were very accommodating and responsive, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.We made the most of everything Rehoboth had to offer, including the always-fun visit to Funland, which was a huge hit with the little ones. While there were a few very minor hiccups during the stay, they didn’t detract from the overall experience.Highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing, scenic, and family-friendly beach vacation. We’d love to return!

Wonderful

The home is beautifully decorated and furnished. We loved the neutral colors! I must add that all the furniture was also very comfortable. The home is packed and we were impressed with how the owners made use of the space. Lots of windows for natural sunlight! Hanging out on the outside patio the upper deck was so relaxing. Our kids loved playing in the back. We enjoyed our stay so much that I tried to book it again for another trip in the next couple months, but unfortunately it was unavailable. We would absolutely consider staying here again!

Location, Location and Plenty of Space

This beachfront townhouse has many highlights including two outside areas including a third floor balcony where you can see the ocean and hear the ocean. There is lots of room on the three floors and plenty of room to spread out and at the same time there are congregating spaces for meals, games and tv watching. This townhome is walking distance to Rehoboth and Dewey. There were dolphins going by a number of different days just offshore. The kitchen had everything you needed and there was a washer/dryer. There were beach chairs to take out to the beach which are not the chairs on the deck on the first floor. Yes, we would stay there again for sure. The host is responsive and the unit is in great shape.

Mom/Daughter Trip to Celebrate Mom’s 70th

My three sisters and I coordinated a surprise long weekend get away to celebrate our Momma’s 70th birthday. The host Mendy reached out prior to the stay and was very responsive when I had questions. Mendy was an amazing host who truly cares about guests and only wants them to have a great experience at her property. The location was perfect for a ladies adult weekend but would be awesome for families with kids too. The house was spacious, clean and plenty of rooms/beds for a larger group (there was only 5 of us). The Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms were newly renovated. The house decor was perfect. There is a gas grill on the deck available. Kitchen has everything you need. The beach is just steps off the back porch. You’ll certainly enjoy the sound of the ocean from your window, extremely relaxing!!! Our mom loved every minute of being spoiled and loved. We now plan to make this an annual mom/daugter trip. I’m already planning my next trip to with my kiddos to this location this summer. I’d definitely recommend you book this place today!! Thank you Mendy for being an incredible host, we certainly had an amazing time at your property.
