Un bel appartement neuf entre Marbella et Gibraltar peut accueillir trois adultes ou une famille avec deux enfants. L'appartement est situĂ© Ă  15 minutes de la plage. Puerto Banus et Marbella sont accessibles en 20-25 minutes. L'appartement a une vue magnifique sur la MĂ©diterranĂ©e et le parcours de golf. L'appartement est climatisĂ© et la cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. La chambre dispose d'un lit est de 150 × 190, y compris le linge de lit. Le salon dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit gigogne 140 × 200e L'appartement offre 55m2 de surface habitable et est situĂ© Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur. Pour cela, elle a encore 2 grandes terrasses. Het was een prima verblijf, het is wel te merken wat ouder, het grote minpunt is geen airco in de slaapkamer alleen een plafond ventilator was erg warm, de locatie is perfect overal dichtbij strand, stadje en de supermarkt

Home away from Home

There was nothing exaturated in the description of this very nice apartment in a very safe neighbourhood. The Location is absolutely wonderful. Grocery shopping close by. Goran, the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will come back as it was indeed a home away from home.

Class in Casares!

Superb, high quality, well equipped apartment, in an excellent location. Local amenities easily accessible by car, which I would consider an essential. This is a super area to stay in, with golf and other activities within easy reach. Malaga airport is only an hour away and other destinations eg Marbella, Estepona, Puerto Banus & Mihas are well worth a visit. Communication with the owner Goran was swift and detailed. Highly recommended and we will definitely be visiting again!

Penthouse Casares Playa

The Penthouse was appealing, clean, well appointed with plenty of room. we tended to use the conservatory for breakfast and other meals to make use of the beautiful views. The outside terraces were large with good quality sunbeds and wonderful views. The barbeque was an added bonus. The area is ideally situated for many places of interest.

Super apartment

The apartment was ideal for us - modern, spacious and well equipped with beautiful sea views. Goran was helpful and courteous, replying promptly to any query and all in all we had an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Absolutely wonderful apartment

Goran was quick to reply to any query, the view from the apartment, wow, I don't think there could be better. We were met by Goran neighbour Alejandra, who showed us around us around, and gave us the name of a local cab service,(if you have an Uber ap that works in this area). The Restaurant on the corner looks small and uninspiring, don't judge by appearances inside it is stunning and the food wonderful. All in all I can not speak highly enough of this apartment, we will definitely return at some point, Thank you Goran we had a fabulous time

Fantastisk lille lejlighed med god beliggenhed

Dette er en dejlig lille lejlighed til 2 personer, der er plads til 4 men sÄ er pladsen lidt trang. Fantastisk udsigt ud over golfbane og videre udover bebyggelse og havet. Dejlig stor terrasse med grill og plads til hygge. Eneste minus er at der lidt langt til indkÞb og by. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold, der dog mÄtte forkortes nÊsten 4 uger pÄ grund af CIVID-19, hvor alt lukkede ned, vi havde oprindelig booket 8 uger. Vi hÄber der bliver normale tider igen, og vi vender gerne tilbage og lejer denne lejlighed igen. Med venlig hilsen Karen og Ronald

Beautiful view and plenty sun shine

What I liked the most was two balconies overlooking the Mediterranean. I really enjoyed having barbecue in the balcony in the evenings and fresh coffee in the mornings from Dolce gusto machine. A brand new TV came handy when attaching Google Chromecast to it. Only thing i miss was a grater and glasses for cava in the kitchen but not a big deal to be honest. For travellers who appreciate high standards i recommend this apartment.

Stay exceeded my expectations in every way

The property, and its owners, exceeded my expectations in every way. I knew the apartment was beautiful from the pictures on the internet, but it was even better in person. The view from the terrace was spectacular. More importantly, it was fully equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Finally, the owners were absolutely wonderful: they answered any question I had in a timely manner, provided me with a contact who could clean the apartment during my three-month stay, and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a fabulous one-bedroom apartment on the Costa del Sol, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollen Terrassen zum relaxen...

Wunderschöne Wohnung . Es War zwar wie versprochen niemand da der deutsch sprach, aber mit HĂ€nden und FĂŒĂŸen hat die Übergabe doch geklappt. Eine sehr ruhige Anlage,kaum andere GĂ€ste da. Wohnung leider sehr hellhörig, Nachbar schaute bis tief in die Nacht Fern und das sehr laut. Toll war die Tiefgarage und der direkte Zugang zum Lift.Die Terassen sind genial, es War nĂ€mlich wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts sehr windig,so daß es kaum möglich War an den Strand oder Pool zu gehen... Ein Nachteil ist der weite Weg zu den MĂŒllcontainern,ca.10 min und auch wieder zurĂŒck. Der Strand ist auch sehr weit weg, besser mit dem Auto fahren.

Great apartment!!

We stayed on this apartment for 11 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The views were lovely and the outside space is ample and ideal for having breakfast and dinners outside with the family. The apartment was our base to travel to cities such as Cadiz (we loved it), Jerez de la Frontera, Gibraltar y lovely pueblos nearby such as Casares, Ronda and Mijas. The swimming pool was very clean at all times and the surroundings areas were well maintained. The owners were very attentive and always easy to contact via email or phone. We highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a comfortable and hassle free holiday. Thanks a lot.

Great apartment.

We stayed for three weeks in this apartment during June/July. The on-site representative met us when we arrived and showed us around. There was a welcome note from the owners with a bottle of wine and a much appreciated bottle of water in the fridge! The apartment is well equipped and furnished. There was plenty of space for the two of us. The outside space was fantastic with a large balcony, roof terrace and amazing views. The pool area was very well maintained and was very quiet. We hired a car during our stay (recommended) and travelled between the small marina in La Duquesa (10mins drive) and the larger marina in Estepona (15mins) to eat out. There's also a lovely beach in Estepona with plenty of car parking(€2). Lidl was the closest supermarket (less than 5mins drive) and was open until 10pm every night. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The owner was always very quick to respond to any emails and made the whole process of booking, payment and deposit etc. very simple and straight forward. Thanks Goran.
