Each year we invest in refreshing the apartment so it is like new for guests. Fully painted earlier this year we have just had the floors professionally cleaned so guests in 2019 can be guaranteed a modern, luxurious and clean apartment. We also invest in new, quality linen and towels every year so you are in total comfort.

The apartment genuinely has everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether that be for a week or several months.

The complex is gated and secured with a key fob access system so you can relax knowing you are in a safe as well as beautiful environment. A document safe is another little extra for peace of mind.

The apartment is cleaned for four hours before each visit so you are guaranteed a spotless apartment.

The complex is graced with lots of space, beautiful gardens and low rise apartments - meaning you will feel like you are in an oasis of calm. There is underground parking and a lift that goes right outside the door, so hassle free for bringing in your bags and perfect for people with disability. Inside all the furniture is of the highest quality & contemporary cool. Year round there is a pool open for your use.

We are 10 minutes walk to a wonderful beach, 2 minutes to 5* Finca Cortesin hotel and golf course, home of World Golf Matchplay Championship and one of the world's top 100 hotels and a 1 minute walk from a super 9 hole course with its gym, hairdressers, bar and restaurant. There are great places to eat nearby and we are also only 4 minutes from the atmospheric Port of Duquesa, 10 to Estepona, 20 to Puerto Banus. Fun, fine food & fascinating places on our doorstep. The beauty of this place is that it combines the tourist attractions of the Costa Del Sol with the culture of real Spain. Casares is a small white village less than 10 minutes up the road and Sabinillas is a real Spanish town just two minutes away where you can get all your groceries, tapas and drinks, or just walk along the beautiful promenade beside the sea.
