Turn moments into memories in this incredible oceanfront Sea Village #3212 property. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom has all one is looking for. Enjoy the open layout of the living area and stunning ocean views from the kitchen to the lanai.
Upon entry, you can't help but be mesmerized by the spectacular ocean view. You will enjoy the open layout of the living area and ample seating for your guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any home chef needs. Keep your chef company and enjoy the bar seating and conversation. Or enjoy dinner at the sit-down dining table. There is a stackable washer and dryer for guests' convenience.
The spacious living area flows from the dining area and gives a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean and Kailua Bay. Enjoy your favorite show on the smart television or read a book and enjoy the Hawaii breeze. The lanai has a table that seats four if you prefer dining outside and soaking up all Kona offers.
The primary suite has a comfortable king bed, variable speed ceiling fan, smart television, and plenty of room to unpack. Enjoy the newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in tile shower.
The guest room has a queen bed and a variable speed ceiling fan with an aloha vibe. The bathroom is located off the hall with a shower. Perfect for guest's use.Take advantage of the oceanfront picnic and frill area that has tiki torches in the evenings. Relax and float in the pool or enjoy the hot tub. Property is great. Good view of the ocean. Close to touristic areas. Only downside is no AC and it can get pretty warm. They do provide multiple fans so that’s good.

Well appointed and clean condo

We found the condo well prepared for our stay. They even had Hawaiian music playing and the fans already on when we got there. Plenty of furniture, comfortable beds, and items for us to take to the beach. The place was great!

Gorgeous View

With the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean we were totally thrilled to wake up and have our coffee on the deck. The unit was clean and had plenty of supplies for the ocean...coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, towels etc. We grilled in the shared area one night and ate under the stars. Bedrooms were nice and bathrooms were updated. Would definately return.

The place was clean, items available like beach towels etc. a few items needed care ( loose towel bar in main bath , light by bed in room had bad switch ? ) really overall good stay . We could walk 15 min to close shopping. Great view . And ghe fans helped us stay cool . No AC.

Beautiful location

Aloha! We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were fabulous & the location was perfect for our small group of four. Walkable to farmers markets, downtown & beaches. One suggestion that I have before you rent this unit is to check with the agency on any construction projects that are happening on the property and near the condo. We experienced a major construction event outside this condo/deck that was noisy and disruptive. This made it impossible for us to be in the unit during construction hours.

Wonderful View of the Ocean

Beautiful view of Kona and the Ocean. We were able to wake up each morning to the waves crashing and what a wonderful noise! Overlooks the swimming pool but it wasn’t an issue for us. Was needing to leave about a half hour later and they were very accommodating to us taking extra time to pack and clean. Thus was our second time in Sea Village and everything was perfect beyond getting a noise complaint when we were all sleeping. Maybe it was next door making the noise and we were sent a message saying we would recieve a fine if we get another noise complaint. Besides us getting this text for someone else’s noise we were grateful for such a clean and beautiful stay. We will be back!

Great view close to downtown

This condo was perfect for our stay in Kona. We could walk to downtown in 15 minutes. We love sitting on the Lanai and watching the waves. It was interesting to watch the cruise ships as well. We only used the pool once but it was nice. The unit gets a lovely breeze at night with all of the windows open so there was no need for AC even on some of the hot days. It was very convenient having laundry and the kitchen was fully stocked. Tons of beach supplies included, boogie boards, chairs, coolers, towels. Parking was easy as well.

The tv was hard to watch. The furniture needs to be updated. The beds need to be updated. The view was great. We had stayed in this unit before. But I must say that for the amount that we paid we could have done better. We have been staying at the Sea Village for about 25 yrs. We talked to other guests who paid a lot less than us. Larry G

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, location, location. The views from this property are fabulous. It looks across the bay into Kona. Dolphins frequently played in the bay in the mornings, which you could see from the lanai. You can also see sunsets directly from the lanai. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. There is no A/C but lots of fans and it was generally comfortable enough at night for sleeping. The property management company was easy to deal with and responsive to questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Clean condo with nice view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay in Kailua-Kona last week. Although a bit tired, the condo was very accommodating, had a lovely view, and was very clean. We really appreciated the beach equipment available for our use. I do have to caution those who are looking for a quiet stay, however. The lanai is right above the pool, which was in continual use the whole time we were there. Because the condo does not have A/C and it was very warm when we were there, all windows needed to be open all of the time in order to keep the condo as cool as possible. There was noise from the pool and the parking lot all day. Luckily, there are quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am, so that helped with pool noise in the evenings and early mornings at least.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, good location, easy to get to places. Watching wales from the balcony were mesmerizing. High surf warnings were in place and sometimes the waves splashed into the pool! CBIP and Guest Svcs were extremely attentive and available. Parking lot was outside our bedroom with svcs like trash at the break of dawn, annoyingly loud at that time. And traffic is a snails pace, can't really be helped. Went to Thunder Mtn Coffee Plantation, very interesting. Great time here and great location.

This corner unit looks to have been recently updated and provided plenty of comfortable space and extras including a closet full of beach chairs, coolers, bodyboards, fins, you name it.

Great place!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay. View of ocean from lanai can’t be beat. Dolphins out every morning. Pool & hot tub were also fantastic! It’s a little bit of a trek to downtown Kona on foot in the heat so we only did that once.. luckily plenty of parking downtown so not an issue. Tip: I’d definitely recommend a grocery run to Safeway or Sacknsave if your just arriving to the island before checking in because the on-site cafe closes at 11:30 and no food really close on foot.

Great stay at Sea Village

The major attraction of this apartment is the balcony overlooking the ocean, which was incredible! The sound of the ocean, cool sea breeze and dramatic sunsets. The condo itself is very basic and a little tired. The kitchen is minimally stocked. Definitely all the pots and pans you need for cooking but not much in the way of spices or condiments. There are no beach chairs, beach towels or anything else that you might want for your trips to the beach. We didn't realize how much that meant to us until the second half of our stay at a different condo that had everything, including chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, tennis rackets etc! The pool area and hot tub were lovely and there were excellent communal barbecue grills. The other main advantage is that the condo is close to town and there is a lovely coffee shop on the property. Disadvantages were that the bedrooms in the back looked right over the parking lot and garbage area, and I was awakened at 4 am one morning by the garbage trucks coming to pick up. The condo is managed by a major realty company and you could do better price wise by contacting them directly to rent through them.

Wonderful view, comfortable space, well-maintained complex

Excellent location close to center of Kailua-Kona. Right on the water with view up the coast toward town and waves crashing at the property edge. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 3-5. Very good beds, very clean. Small but adequate kitchen. More than satisfied. No instructions for clothes washer and dryer. Dryer ran once, then wouldn't start again after it stopped. On-site business offers take-out drinks, breakfast and lunch items. Very convenient.

There were four of us plus a baby and the condo was spacious enough to still provide some privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The beds were comfortable. You are situated close to downtown Kona, marketplaces and grocery stores. The grounds of the condo are well maintained. We give it a 2 thumbs up!
