Resort style living in a beautifully maintained property with a lush tropical setting. It's an 8 minute walk to dining, shopping and limitless activities in Kona town.
Located across from Royal Kona Resorts and world famous Don The Beachcomber bar which is famous for epic sunsets & Mai Tai's!!
You really can't get a better location. Location, Location, Location! Walk into town in the morning for breakfast, and then at the end of the day, stroll back in for dinner along Ali'i drive. You have amazing access to all the amenities that Kona town has to offer.
Ideal for a remote work getaway, or just to take a break and relax! You have everything you need for either. This is my home base, and I work remotely throughout the year in various other locations. The condo is newly renovated and well maintained with a lot of TLC.
The is no ocean view from the condo, and it is located in the back of the building with a garden view. As a corner unit and oversized lanai, it is extremely private. Please note that you do hear some traffic from Kuakini Road during the daytime. You have a reserved parking spot in the garage which is directly under the unit. We strongly recommend that you rent a vehicle NO LARGER than a Jeep or small size Toyota Tacoma. Anything larger and it will be tight to fit into the reserved parking spot.
You have a reserved parking spot. The town shuttle stops in front of the condo, or you can walk to town which is 7-8 minutes down Ali'i. There is one flight of step to condo from the garage, or you can use the elevator. Whichever is more convenient for you.

Thank you for the review. Yes, the unit has everything you need and more. We take a lot of pride in the unit, its quality and making sure nothing is missing.
The parking spot is a short walk up 1.5 flight of stairs, or by way of the elevator, to the unit. It is super convenient.
The parking spot, as explained in the posting, is only for Jeep or smaller. If you get an SUV or large truck, it will be challenging.
The bed is extremely comfortable with a pillow top. It is a good quality tempurpedic-like mattress.
It is in a prime location, right on the edge of town. It is an 8 minute walk, or you can hop on the Kona Trolley which has a stop right in front of the building.

Exactly as advertised!
This property is very well managed. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to Kailua-Kona town. We have stayed here twice already. Very well equipped with amenities. Updated kitchen and nicely decorated. Property management is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Perfect for exploring the Kona area
Great location, walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, beach views, and things to do. We walked for breakfast and dinner. Short drive to Sea Turtle Beach, a snorkeling excursion and a tour of Greenwell Farms Coffee Tour. Condo had everything you need for a few days stay. Host communicated all of the details and instructions were easy to follow. It is fairly close to the road and you can hear traffic.

Jeremy’s condo, was amazing it everything you could need in your short stay, the bed was clean and comfortable, the balcony is big, spacious and private, the kitchen was spotless. It’s literally in the middle of Kona walking distance to all shops restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Thanks

What a find!
We loved our stay near Kailua Village! The property was better than described and the location was perfect! We loved being able to walk down for drinks and dinner near Wai'aha beach, and stores were a short drive away for anything else we needed. It was a convenient location on the island to still be able to drive to the Volcanoes National Park, about 1.5hr drive, and snorkeling at Keauhou Bay was a very short 15 minute drive. It was the perfect size for us and the condo had everything we needed for our stay like shopping bags and towels, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was so nice! When we come back to the Big Island, we will absolutely try to stay here again!!

Disappointing Condo
There was No Door between the bedroom and adjoining bathroom. No privacy when using the toilet or shower. Bathrooms do not have working fans. Kitchen ill equipped for cooking. Bedroom tv does not work. Owner basically said to stop complaining and enjoy the island. Very disappointing condo.

It is unfortunate you found it in your heart to leave a review that is unwarranted and not true.
1) Both fans in each bathroom work; one is electric and the other is passive as we discussed in length.
2) The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and yes there is a door that separates the primary bedroom from the living area so you do have privacy and a door to close if you so choose.
3) The bedroom TV does work and my manager came over at least twice to show you how to use the remote. This was clearly user error.
4) The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. If you are referring to food items, that is correct, you are responsible for that personally.
And yes, I invited you to go out and enjoy the island since you did nothing but express unhappiness for the first 3 days - and then you said you had no idea what you were going to do for two weeks. We provided an extensive guest guide and you are in a tropical paradise, but I feel like you were not going to be happy in any regard.
I hope you found solace, grace and peace on your trip at some point.

I am a waterman; freediver, sailor, SUP paddler, SCUBA and open ocean swimmer......of course, in the winter I am snowboarding the slopes. That's frozen water, right? I like being a host because I value experience. I want to ensure that each guest has a great experience from the second they step into the condo, and when they leave. This is important to me!

The location. It is maintained, It is in a quiet building. Neighbors are friendly. It has a great pool and BBQ area. It is just on the edge of town for a short 7 minute walk, and there is a Kona Trolly Stop at the intersection in front of the building.
