Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The view was beautiful. The room was clean. Panhandle Getaways was very easy to communicate with and prompt with answers. I would rent through them again. That said, the room is in need of some paint and updates. The trim around the twin beds is completely worn, the shelf in the "master bath" was rusted and i didnt want to use it. The chairs on the balcony were dirty, the lounge chair took up most of the balcony space. It would be best to update them and get rid of the lounge chair. Carpet in the bedroom was filthy, id suggest replacing it with hardwood. The closet was unusable. We did enjoy our stay, but the room needs attention. Its a wonderful location and highly recommend for families. Tiki Hut was very convenient for lunch, drinks while at the beach. The VRBO description noted that it has a washer/dryer, it does not. However, there are washer/dryer units on each floor.

Perfect location.

Second year we’ve staying on site. We plan to make it an annual tradition. It’s in a perfect location and the property is well kept. This particular room could use some updating on decor and furnishings but was still cleaned well.

Enjoyed our visit

Beachfront was nice, condo had everything we needed, could use an update but it was overall cozy. We brought our EZ Up tent but they are not allowed. Traffic getting out of property was a little rough at peak times.

Beautiful view at an awesome location

My family and I had an amazing time. The condo was clean and the perfect amount of space for a beach vacation. We loved sitting on the patio in the evenings and enjoying the ocean sounds. There are multiple pools to choose from and you are footsteps away from the beach. So convenient! The location resort is perfect as well. I can’t recommend enough. We will definitely be back next spring break.

I would stay here again

Accommodations were comfy and clean. Building is a bit older and in need of renovations but this unit was nice and the listing is accurate.

Would not recommend!

We arrived and the door jamb was damaged and we had to wait for maintenance to come and fix about an hour. The furniture had stains and did not feel comfortable. 2 of the lounge chairs were not cleaned and had bird fesces on it. The small dryer in the guest bathroom was broken. The mattress was not comfortable, The positives were the location, views, and the pool. We were just really disappointed in the quality of the condo for the price. Next time we will do our research prior to booking through VRBO.
