Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)

Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

We stayed in the clubhouse, which we loved as it is closest to the beach. We loved that it was on the ground floor, but do wish we could have seen the beach over the dunes. It was kept up nicely, very clean, well-stocked with essentials, and safe. We enjoyed the included beach chairs and the pool/hot tub was great after the ocean. We wish the AC vent worked better in the bedroom. Light shine through the window at night. We would have loved a grill and more comfortable living room and patio furniture. All of the codes and key fobs were a bit much. We do not like the policy of a non-refundable damage waiver.

Great location and beautiful beach view from balcony! Walking distance to restaurants. The complimentary beach chair set was great to have for our stay! Had a few inconveniences. Was noisy at night/early morning (thin walls, bedroom close to outside stairs/elevator). Kitchen was ok, lacked some of the essentials, for example… didn’t have stirring spoons for cooking, tongs, or tbsp/tsp measures. Ice maker only filled up all the way on the last day. Living room couch and chairs were a bit worn, had some stains. Overall we had a nice stay, spent most of the time on the beach! Took only two minutes to walk from the room to the beach.Host was extremely nice, helpful, and quick to reply! Would definitely stay here again for the location alone!

Last minute beach trip.

Love love love the location. Steps to the beach and fewer to the pool. Perfect for a couple and small children for the sofa bed. We brought air up mattress for the parents and placed the 18 month on the sofa bed. Porch directly on the beach front so the view is awesome, If I had to be negative about anything is would be the kitchen is not as stocked as well as other places I have stayed but I can deal with it. Towels were also limited but I just kept the washer going which was not an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The condo was a perfect location. It is a bit out of date. The blankets were dirty and there wasn’t a vacuum to clean with. The broom was tiny and broken. I like to sweep up sand daily, but impossible here. Sand ended up in the beds. I feel like the towels could be a little better quality. They were like sandpaper. Overal the condo met our needs, but it has the potential to be much better.

We are so happy that you loved our location. Being right on the beach we find that guests walk right in and the snad on their shoes ends up in the condo. Our cleaners back their way out of the condo with Swiffer Sweapers trailing them to ensure that no sand is left behind. Having said that, if you ever need additional service please call us right away and we will do anything that is necessary to make things right - to include providing additional broom of vacuums to help improve the quality of your stay.

Nice property, but house keeping failures

The property has beautiful views of the beach and the potential to be really nice. Unfortunately, the room smelt like somebody had hidden a dead crab somewhere. The TVs were very old, pre-hdmi. And the elevator, which was just outside the master bedroom window, was out of order with a loud shrill alarm that was blaring for the entire duration of our stay. Overall, if maintenance and housekeeping would get their act together, as well as updating the TVs, this would be a really nice property.

We were able to allow time and a couple deep cleans resolve the leftover smell throughout the condo. Our team will take a look at the TVs to determine whether replacement is necessary. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The HOA was also able to resolve the elevator issues you encountered. Wear & Tear...Rude guests in above Unit

The Beach Club is a beautiful property and in my opinion one of the most prime beach locations on P'cola Beach. However, I suppose due to an influx of tourists over the years and folks who choose not to respect or care for our treasured beaches or, beautiful accomodations, the unit I had was literally stripped down to the bare essentials. But, the worst thing was on my first glorious morning while having morning coffee on the beachfront porch. Someone above my unit actually Pee'd off of their balcony! Disgusting! I'll reconsider The Beach Club going forward. It's just not what it used to be. So sad.

Blue Angels weekend

The property is very comfortable. It was ready earlier than 4 pm. We were offered the chance to check in early, and I appreciated the option, although we could not arrive in time to take advantage of early check-in. The front office was very responsive and check in was easy. The condo was very clean upon our arrival. It had the perfect view from the balcony to watch the Blue Angels' show over Pensacola Beach, Florida. My only suggestion is since there are no bar stools to sit at the counter for eating, and no kitchen table on which to eat, I suggest adding at least a couple of bar stools. Alternatively, a small bistro table with 2 chairs would fit nicely in the kitchen area. Just my thoughts. The swimming pool was large and we spend a lot of time in it. The property is well maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I will definitely try to rent this unit again. Thank you!!

Great location / needs updating

Upon arrival everything seemed clean. After being there a little while I realized that there was sand still under places it shouldn’t have been, also the bed was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Needs replacing ASAP. Also they need to replace their China. Was mismatched and only 3 forks in the entire kitchen. The towels need to be replaced they were thin and rough. Also none of the remotes for the TV in the master had batteries and none were the same brand as the TV. The resort pool and beach are beautiful and most of our time was spent outdoors. Some of the outdoor railing does need to be fixed. It was very loose.. The spa was wonderful though and the front desk was excellent with helping us get the ice maker repaired and unclogging the drain in the shower. They were very prompt and courteous. Overall I wouldn’t stay in this unit again although our trip was great!

Sleeper sofa needs an updated mattress, plus the sofa is very dirty. Kitchen needs more supplies, only one cereal bowl. No batteries in bedroom remote. Icemaker got fixed the day we left. A nice location all in all.
