S'AMUSER AU SOLEIL! Magnifique condo sur le golfe!

Vous avez hùte de mettre vos orteils dans le sable? N'attendez plus! Soyez nos invités dans nos 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, condo magnifiquement rénové. Il s'agit d'un condo familial depuis son achat en 1976. Il a été entiÚrement rénové en 2009 et meublé l'été 2011. Nous sommes ravis de partager notre coin de paradis avec nos nouveaux amis locataires.

Situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique, vous découvrirez la facilité de plonger dans la piscine ou d'utiliser la passerelle des dunes pour une journée glorieuse sur la plage.

Notre magnifique condo peut accueillir 8 personnes avec 2 lits queen dans le maßtre, 1 lit queen dans la chambre d'hÎtes et 1 lit queen. Deux salles de bain complÚtes ont de nouveaux placards et des comptoirs en quartz. La cuisine est familiale avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en quartz. Il y a deux nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat et un lecteur dvd / blue ray.

Nous aimons l'emplacement de notre unitĂ©! L'unitĂ© au 2Ăšme Ă©tage est facilement accessible par un escalier, si vous souhaitez Ă©viter les ascenseurs du hall. Étant une unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ©, le plan d'Ă©tage a un couloir unique qui se dĂ©verse dans un grand plan d'Ă©tage ouvert qui est lumineux avec la lumiĂšre de grandes fenĂȘtres. Nous avons l'une des plus grandes unitĂ©s de la rĂ©gence. Il mesure 1 380 pieds carrĂ©s. Les balcons des tours Regency varient en taille. Nous aimons notre balcon mais ce n'est pas le plus grand. ********* Je ne loue pas la liste de CRAIG! Enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and had some extra touches like hair dryers in the bathrooms, extra TP, extra garbage bags. The only negative would be the AC: you cannot adjust it below 70 degrees and at night it was not cool enough for me in the bedrooms but I am hot natured. The temp was cool in the common areas.

This is a PERFECT place to vacation. The unit is very clean and the kitchen is well appointed. The appliances work as expected with no problems. The ocean view prompted me to visit the ocean where the chairs and umbrella were waiting for me :)Patty, I wish I had more time!!!!!! THANK YOU for helping me to get comfortable and relax. I really enjoyed our time staying in Patty's unit at the Regency Towers. Patty was an easy owner to work with. She was easy to get ahold of and communicate with and she was accommodating. The unit is a large, end unit and the pictures don't really do the unit justice. The unit was clean and decorated nicely. It was big enough and comfortable enough for my family of 5. The proximity to the beach is perfect as well. The building is right on the beach. I do not know how much more you can ask for.This overall location of the Regency on the island was perfect for us because it was far enough from the "Boardwalk" area (where all the restaurants and shops are) that is was quiet by the Regency but not so far that it was hard to access the Boardwalk area. We stayed during what I believe would be considered "off season". It was about a 10 minutes drive down to the Boardwalk area. Because parking wasn't an issue, we ended up driving ourselves to the Boardwalk area.Whenever we return to Pensacola Beach, Patty's unit will be the first I look at for availability. Thank you for everything Patty!

Excellent location!

As an experienced traveller, I can say that you will not find a nicer , more gracious, and more accomodating host! Patty was quick to respond from the very beginning --questions before booking and cared about our stay . I liked that she lived local in Pensacola as well. The condo is nicely located.

Fantastic beach condo

We had a wonderful time on our annual girls' trip to Pensacola! This condo provided ample room for the five of us. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We really appreciated that Patty provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Patty is an excellent host! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She gave a lot of recommendations of things to do/places to eat and responded very quickly to our questions. We had a minor issue with the AC and she sent someone over right away to address it. I love the location of the condo. The beach never gets overwhelmingly crowded because it is about 3 miles from the pier/beach ball area. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect for get together

My family booked this VRBO for my son's graduation since we all live in different areas. The location couldn't have been better, the condo was clean and accommodated everyone comfortably and was more than we could've expected. Messages and questions were answered extremely timely and we would 100% choose this property again.

Great location, minor complaints

Pros: Loved the location, accomodations were very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch. Loved being able to do laundry. Loved having a dishwasher. Super clean when we arrived. Communication with host was great. Key-code entry was great. We loved the pool. Everything in the condo was in working order. Cons: End unit balcony is as-pictured but with a loud ac unit right there. We just turned the ac off when my elderly mother wanted to be on the balcony. There were 4 rolls of tp provided and the hand soaps had obviously been watered down.... for the price being charged i had expected to at least be provided with new hand soap and enough tp for our stay. My only other complaint is the place being somewhat outdated, especially the bedding. Traveling with a few people, one being elderly, some ppl were chillier than others in the ac and at night and we wouldve appreciated more and comfier/softer and some heavier blankets.

2 month stay in Pensacola Beach

2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We cooked alot over this stay and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen pots, utensils and dishes of every sort imagineable. This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and guests that came to visit over the two months. We would definitely rent this unit again when visiting pensacola beach. This was our 3rd visit to Regency Towers and this unit was defintely the best one we have stayed in.

A perfect getaway

The condo was a perfect spot for a girls’ trip. Patty was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The condo was spotless & cozy with a view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

This was our best beach vacation yet. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear water the whole week. Everything was great. Condo and property were just as pictured and described, We Had everything we needed, clean and comfy
 gorgeous beach and large pool. Patty was awesome, just a text or phone call away, open communication from the time of booking.

Wonderful vacation

It was great having beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & nets there to use, loved not having to take it all with me in the car!! We all enjoyed riding the trolley, a stop is right in front. The bedrooms/bathrooms were separated and private. Also liked being on the 2nd floor and not having to use the elevator every time.

A Very Lovely Stay

We enjoyed ourselves and never had a worry about the place we were staying. Patty was wonderful and a great communicator. The balcony having repairs done didn’t bother us one bit and we were able to enjoy as much time on the beach as possible since it was so close. Thanks!

For all you friendly fliers, Pensacola Aviation Center is a great FBO to land and tie down. It is a 12 mile scenic drive across the Pensacola Bay and the Santa Rosa Sound. Get on bikes and explore the beach or play miniature golf, kayak, jet ski or parasail. There are so many delicious restaurants and fun venues that will keep you coming back! It is an end unit with many windows. There is no tunnel effect! You don't have to wait on the elevator in the lobby. Our unit is accessible by the exterior stairwell.
