Perfect house to visit Zion National Park! This home is new to VRBO but we are confident you will love our little house in beautiful southern Utah! This immaculate tiny giant of a house packs a punch! All new paint, appliances, fully equipped kitchen & plush comfort bedding. Two beautifully decorated bedrooms PLUS a large couch with pullout mattress underneath it in living room.
The full garage is converted into a game room w/ ping pong and foosball too! Large screen TV on wheels can be used in the garage. New BBQ with propane. Washer and dryer. The property lot is very large and there is even space for RV parking and plenty of parking for additional cars too. Near Zions Park & town conveniences!

Pretty good. Removed a star because of comfort - the daybed’s mattress is quite hard, the inside couch has pillow-based backs, and the recliner is old and undersized for a full-size male. The rec room is pretty cool, but the home is very small, with very limited kitchen space for eating.

Stay was great. Worked well for what we needed. SUPER CLOSE DRIVING TO ZION PARK. I was very happy about that. Nice local grocery store right around the corner. Places to grab a bite pretty close also. Place was clean and neighborhood was quite. Will definitely book again.

This stay was a perfect basecamp for hiking in Zion. There is great good nearby, and grocery stores if youd rather. The owner was great to interact with, and the place was clean as a whistle. If we ever come this way again this will be the first place i check to stay.

Overall good stay

Had a great time here with family though a few things like the outdoor furniture could use a good cleaning. We wish we could have used the game room/ garage more but it was very hot. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was in good condition.

Great place when visiting Zion National Park

Our stay was great! The house worked well for our family of 4, the game room in the garage was a lot of fun! Communication with the property owner was easy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Great Location!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of five during our visit to Zion! The game room in the garage was a huge hit—such a fun bonus. It was about a 30-minute drive to the park, and the location made it easy to explore the area. There’s so much to do nearby that we had to pick and choose our activities.The master bed was super comfortable, and the AC kept the whole place cool. Two of our kids shared the second bedroom, and our third slept comfortably on the couch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made things so convenient.The home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and restaurants. There were plenty of towels and blankets, and having a washer and dryer available was a great bonus.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute place and great location

The place was very clean and had lots of entertainment options. It was super close to the Zion National Park entrance, very convenient! The property manager was very responsive as well.

perfect little house!

We loved the little house, close to Zion, Kolob canyon, and Red Cliffs! Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Clean and updated. Had a great stay and fun games to entertain yourself at the end of the day.

Great location for our Sand Hollow trip!

This property had everything we needed. Very clean and quiet. Perfect for a couple or small family. Close proximity to outdoor activities and all the necessities. Unfortunately on our trip we had to seek medical care for an emergency surgery. But am pleased to say the local ER gave us excellent care. And all went well and we rested up at the VRBO before our trip home.

Zion trip

The basketball and the foosball tables were broken. The garage where it’s stored was very warm during the summer. The house was fine for our purposes. We were too exhausted after hiking all day to do anything else.

"Wanderlust Inn" is our personal base camp for our family's Southern Utah adventures and when we are not using it we open it up to you! We are confident you will love it.
If you enjoy hiking, mountain biking, exploring national parks, seeing red rocks, boating on the lake, or just exploring you will LOVE our place! It is perfectly located right in the middle of all of these adventures!
