Ma maison de style rĂ©tro trĂšs groovy prĂšs de Zion est l’une des locations de vacances les plus populaires de la rĂ©gion, et l’une des rares Ă  ĂȘtre entiĂšrement autorisĂ©e et accrĂ©ditĂ©e par la ville.

J'ai été ravi des super gentils invités que j'ai trouvés grùce à VRBO / Homeaway! J'adore partager ma jolie maison avec des gens du monde entier et j'ai consacré beaucoup de temps et d'énergie à la rendre juste avant que j'ouvre mes portes aux invités pour la premiÚre fois à la fin avril 2016. J'aime rencontrer les gens et en prenant bien soin d'eux, leurs amis et leurs familles et à cause de cela, je toujours obtenir 5 étoiles par les clients précédents.

Les gens aiment rester ici parce qu'il est plein de charme et de caractÚre confortable avec la beauté juste à la porte d'entrée, menant droit à Springdale / Zion en 20 minutes environ, sans foules et de la congestion!

Je voulais aussi vous assurer que ma maison a été entiÚrement accrédité et agréé pour assurer une sécurité optimale pour mes invités. The house was clean and designed so fun. Beds comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Patio is perfect
Shade from trees in the morning and shade from the house in the evening. Fenced area large enuf for the dogs to have a bit of a run. Daniel quick to respond to any correspondence. Would choose it again.

Perfect stay for our trip to Zion

The house was cute and just as we expected from the pictures. Loved having coffee on the back patio every morning and listening to the birds. Perfect distance to Zion and Hurricane had many great restaurants to enjoy after a long day of hiking.

Great Stay

We stayed here as it was close to Zion National Park and wanted someplace to come "home" to. This location is great because it was approximately 2 hours from Las Vegas (where we flew in/out of), Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon (North Rim). The outside patio area is lovely in the evenings and we even got to visit with the neighbors cows :) Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the beautiful national parks close by!

Dog friendly home with great mountain bike riding nearby

We were in Hurricane to mountain bike in the area and wanted a place our pup could be happy while we were out riding. This place was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the shady back patio in the morning and afternoons.

Will stay here again!

We loved this house and the town of Hurricane! Perfect location and close to Zion and other hiking areas. The owner was very accommodating with our dogs and the backyard was fenced and very secured for them. It had all the amenities one would need a for 4 days trip. Bonus was having cows as neighbors.

Nice Stay

Great little place to stay for myself, mom, and son. We were traveling to Zion which was about a 25 minute drive away, so not bad. The house had everything we needed and we were very pleased. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Thanks!

Great Location!

We loved this little house and the quick access to Zion National Park. It was perfect for us to drive in and spend every day hiking through Zion. So glad we could bring our dogs. We can’t leave home without them!

Wonderful, artsy Zion Stay

Excellent place for visiting Zion National Park. It's about 40 minutes to the entrance of the park. Hurricane seemed to be the largest town outside of the park, which was great for grabbing dinner and groceries. The place is beautifully decorated and comfortable and Daniel was an excellent communicator and host.

My girlfriend and I along with our two dogs had a great night at this house. It's a close drive to main street and a straight shot to zion! The house was cozy and had everything we needed to make meals! Thanks for everything!

Perfect spot for our Zion and Bryce vacation

This charming little house was perfect for us. We like to be away from the touristy areas and enjoy seeing a bit of the local neighborhoods. 20 minutes to Zion each day was just right. It was wonderful to come "home" at the end of the day. The house is spotless, quiet and well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property with ample room for our three small dogs. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking available. Bedrooms located upstairs with a small staircase to access them. Nice and spacious backyard that was fenced in. Great host and property to visit.

I must shout out to future potential renters that if you are looking for a quaint western-themed.hacienda, this is a perfect outpost as a home-base for exploration. Terrific house and host!

Can't say enough good things about Daniel and his house in Hurricane. So many thoughtful touches like cookies and candy in the fridge when we arrived -- it was all so welcoming and unexpected! Daniel was very quick with any communications and the check-in instructions were clear and thorough. The house was comfortable and spacious and more than got the job done. Will definitely be booking through Daniel again the next time we're in the area!

Cute and quirky

Very clean, but some things very old
peeling paint, no ventilation fans, old windows. Reminded me of my grandmothers house when I was a child. Decorated in SW style. Loved the back patio! Cows out back in neighbors yard.

Country atmosphere

We had so much fun, it was like being in the country for us city folk. The neighbors cows come up to say hi, the sounds of nature made the backyard very peaceful. All the amenities inside made it so we never had to run to the store to grab something and after hiking Zions trails all day the beds were clean and comfy to come home to. Thank you so much for everything!

Great stay near Zion!!!

This place was the perfect retreat to chill out after a long day hiking in Zion. My husband and I are both artists as well so since the minute we walked in we felt right at home. It is so beautiful and fun. We found everything we needed. We enjoyed the patio very much and there was plenty of space for our family of five. The welcome treats were a beautiful surprise and Daniel was super attentive, a great host and communicator. We would be there again in a minute. Thank you so much.

Overall okay

Felt like it hasn’t been cleaned (or cleaned well) in a while. Spider webs in many corners. Floor and bed felt dirty and was uncomfortable. Inside felt outdated and hadn’t been touched in years. Manager was great and kind but the property wasn’t that great. Not our cup of tea.

Hi I'm Daniel Pettegrew. I grew up in the beautiful, Rocky Mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah. I am an artist, environmental designer, entrepreneur and the founder of a non-profit foundation for world peace and sustainable living.

In 1987, I moved to Tokyo, Japan exploring that part of the world and it's wonderful culture for five years before eventually moving to southwestern Utah in 1992.

Since then I have traveled many places in the world and love experiencing all kinds of people, places, food and culture wherever I may roam this amazing planet. But the place I know the best and get drawn to the most are the brilliantly colored cliffs, canyons, mesas and mountains of sunny southwestern Utah and the American southwest.

During the 24 years I have lived here I have explored and experienced almost every nook and cranny of the national and state parks of Utah and nearby states, so I know many of the most beautiful and interesting places to explore, hike, bike, wine, dine, shop and experience life at it's best.

So come visit this breath-taking slice of Mother Earth and let me assist you in creating some wonderful new life experiences in Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon National Parks and beyond!

I love homes from the 1960s. This home was built in 1965 and has lots of wonderful charm and character and is surrounded by large pine, cottonwood and pecan trees. Something super nice in the desert. Like an oasis, a sanctuary really. I like that this home is very eclectic and cozy. Almost like a place Grandma would live, something special and rare in our busy, bustling world.
