Complimentary access to Rosemary BeachÂź Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary BeachÂź Racquet Club also included.

Interesting architectural detail and gorgeous hardwood flooring adds character and charm to this Rosemary Beach Barrett Square condo. Open plan living provides a bright and airy spaciousness as the day takes you from bagels at the breakfast bar to late night movies on the TV console in the living area. French doors stand open to provide fresh sea breezes and access onto the balcony; it's a peaceful place to relax with a drink and watch the world drift by below. The kitchen has a full range of upper and lower cabinets, white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances beneath a tray ceiling. A contemporary chandelier lights the dining area for entertaining dinner guests or game nights with friends and family. Doors lead off to two well-appointed bedrooms with French doors from the master opening onto a private balcony. It creates a private space for quiet reading with treetop views across the park. A vanity with twin rectangular sinks and a huge walk-in shower with glossy black tiles make the master bedroom far from humdrum. Days open up in Rosemary Beach with a plethora of things to do. Best week at the beach!

This property exceeded our expectations. You can’t beat the location as all restaurants, shops, coffee, and treats are steps away! The condo is stunning and the balconies are an adorable bonus. The beach and pools are close by and absolutely gorgeous. We cannot wait to come back !

Cute Place

This was a great spot! Beautiful views overlooking Rosemary, the condo was nicely decorated and clean. The owner was really helpful and responsive. Would l defiantly recommend and we will be back for sure!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! Nice/new and clean; perfect location for beach, pools, restaurants, shops. Only downside was that the A/C didn't seem to work well, which was an issue for ensuring our baby's temp while sleeping.

Beautiful place

Great location and easy access to all activities and beach. Family loved the beach and pool areas. The only thing I would recommend is to get all access information to the family. We were given our unit number, but had to look up address. When we got there, the elevator has a code that wasn't provided to us, so we had to call and figure out how to use the elevator. But, a great stay and beautiful condo,

Top of Rosemary Beach

We had a dream vacation and this home made it all happen. The locations is perfect. Everything was nice and clean. Well decorated and quality all around. Comes with covered underground parking which was super convenient. All instructions and recommendations were provided. 100% would stay again.

A Wonderful Week in Rosemary

Great location right in the heart of Rosemary Beach - we loved everything about this immaculate and beautifully designed property. Perfect location and set-up for our family of five, excellent communication with owner and management company. Highly recommend!

Great stay for our small fam!

This Rosemary Beach property was perfect for our family of 4! We had a great stay with zero issues. The unit is so cute, and very spacious (more so than many similar priced carriage houses). Two bedrooms with doors (not lofts) is great for kids. Fantastic location, very convenient to everything. Longer walk to the beach than other properties but totally doable. Amenity access to everything in Rosemary. Easy parking. I would highly recommend. Thank you!
