Cette adresse rare de South Main St est Ă  quelques pas des restaurants et de la plage. Un endroit parfait pour un accĂšs facile Ă  la plage en famille ou pour assister Ă  un mariage.

Tous les nouveaux intérieurs conçus par un designer professionnel local présentent des tissus naturels doux et une literie propre et nette dans un design de plage rafraßchissant!

PK Studio occupe tout le 2e étage du 58, rue Main. Ses deux balcons privés offrent des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe, le vert occidental et le coucher du soleil.

Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert spacieux offre un luxueux espace de couchage queen avec des draps frais.

La salle à manger spacieuse pour quatre personnes et le salon soigneusement conçu vous permettent de passer confortablement du temps avec vos amis et votre famille.

Au coin de la rue, dans une alcÎve isolée, se trouve un autre magnifique lit queen-size avec les détails les plus fins.

Great location in Rosemary Beach and perfect for a couple as a beach getaway. Crown studio is a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of Rosemary, with easy walking to shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is fantastic - great view of the water but also great for people watching on Main St. it’s a very comfy place to stay.

Can’t beat this location! Great for a getaway. The beach and places to eat/shop were in walking distance (quite literally a few steps away). The balcony was a bonus, enjoyed the evening watching a summer wedding and the night life below!

My husband and I spent our 50th wedding anniversary in Rosemary Beach. We stayed at the Crown Studio on Main St. The location was the best we've ever experienced. The short walk to the beach, the pools, the shops and restaurants were so convenient. You might think it would be loud in the evening but it was very peaceful. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. I will say that the interior needs a little refreshing. The living room rug had a number of stains and the bathroom just needs an update. However I would stay there again without a doubt.

Perfect location

The room was very cozy for my daughter and I to spend five nights, however, there were a couple of issues. It didn’t seem like the floor had been mopped well as our feet were black after walking around the studio. The bathroom sink was constantly leaking and the shower lever to turn the shower on fell off and would not stay back on
so it was difficult to turn the water on and off with a wet wash rag. (Our only solution that worked). The property owner was responsive and had someone come out to fix it the next day, however, it did not stay on. Hopefully that won’t be an issue for anybody else. Also, do not plan on sleeping in as the garbage trucks come extremely early in the morning that are right outside of the property. On a positive note, the location was wonderful. Very close to the beach walking distance to all of the restaurants. It was a perfect location for my daughter and I to spend a girl getaway. Regardless of a few issues, we would stay again.

Location!

This property was exactly as pictured, if not nicer in person. The check in process was very easy and Matthew met us and took us through the property and gave us some tips *3rd Cup is a must! Although the property is in the middle of the action, we couldn't hear a thing. We will definitely be back.

Perfect family spot

You can't beat this location for the beach! You're smack dab in the middle of everything, no car needed once you park. But it was nice having a spot when we wanted to venture out a bit. Definitely would stay again

Perfect VRBO

Great location on Main Street in Rosemary Beach. We moved the walkability of the area to restaurants, shops, beach and pool. We were very comfortable. My only wish was better lighting in the bathroom and could have used a little more counter space. Overall, we loved our whole experience and accommodations.

2nd time around for New years. Perfect!

We booked this last year at last minute and first time visiting the beach int the winter. We were hoping it would be available again and it was. Great location to the beach, shops, good food. We hope to be here again next year!

Wonderful Location in the Center of Rosemary

The Crown Studio is the perfect spot in the middle of Rosemary. We enjoy the balcony overlooking the street and the view of the ocean. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The restaurants are all within walking distance. We love the walkability of the town. Our host was wonderful. We’ve stayed here before and will definitely visit again.

Rosemary Beach Studio

Very clean and perfect size for a couple. Great location and steps away from the beach. Internet went down for a day which had major impact since cell service is spotty. Owner promised $150 credit but I’ve yet to see it. Pricing for unit on web site wasn’t accurate. After adding in all the fees the listed price per day doubled.

Location!

Perfect spot for the 2 of us. Comfortable bed, selection of pillows, everything clean and ready for us. The best thing is the location though. Great people watching balcony over Main Street. Everything was walkable. Great restaurants. Walked to our go-to breakfast spot several mornings, The Donut Hole. Enjoyed morning and evening walks around Rosemary Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Stairs

Loved everything about the property with two exceptions. 1) Too many stairs. We worked around it, but it was not great. 2) The shower was tiny, and not enjoyable to use.
