Hi Ray! We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We did have an unfortunate incident where a parent rented the home under their name for a group of kids. We do not allow this and had to deal with these guests appropriately. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this caused you. We do guarantee all of our cleanings so if you stay with us again be sure to call us with any of these issues as we will quickly work to resolve them and make your stay more comfortable. We will certainly have our maintenance team take a look at the thermostat and the noisy bed frame. We thank you for letting us know about those things!
