We are glad to hear that overall you enjoyed your first stay with us! The owners have spent a lot of time updating and refurnishing their property, so we are happy you found the furnishings to be beautiful. Yes, the condo is ideally located within Shipwatch for accessing the clean beach and the community pool, which is seasonally heated. Thanks for your honest feedback on your "minuses" too. We combed through our listing and do not see anywhere we advertise specific beach equipment. Our company provides beach/pool towels but does not guarantee any specific accessories or chairs. The owner does currently allow guests to access their storage closet tucked beneath the building (information provided to all guests in a digital guestbook) and we wonder if you checked that during your visit. You're welcome to use any available beach chairs and other equipment that are stored there. As for that bothersome alarm, our office shows we did receive one call from you about the beeping and our team immediately notified the Shipwatch Community Association Manager. We did not hear from you or any of our other guests in that building, so we assumed the beeping was resolved. In the future, please feel free to reach out to us again if it's ongoing, as our team takes any and all maintenance requests very seriously. Thanks again for being our guest and we hope you will consider staying with us again in the future!

For future reference, there is a community bathroom located on the ground floor of Building C near the pool.
