Home has multiple sets of stairs. 1 to access the 2nd level apartment and 1/2 staircases (6 stairs) leading from the living room to the bedrooms in each apt.
Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces
Parking Details
(4) Designated parking spots are provided. (2) Garage Spot and (2) covered carport spot behind the garage parked in tandem . Height 6 feet (72 inches) width 7 feet X 9 inches) (93 Inches) Compact and mid size vehicles recommended. At this location height can be an issue. Large/Tall vehicles will need to park on the street.

Per City of Newport Beach âGood Neighbor Policyâ Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
