With no boardwalk in front, this property offers a rare level of privacy, uninterrupted ocean views, and a peaceful coastal setting perfect for families and groups.

Spanning over 3,400 square feet across three levels, the home is designed for both comfort and connection, featuring an open-concept living area with large windows that showcase the Pacific, a spacious sectional, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and ample dining space for group meals, making it easy to gather and entertain.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a private beachfront patio complete with seating and a gas firepit, as well as a rooftop deck offering panoramic ocean views ideal for sunset dining and relaxing evenings.

- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.

- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.
