Quiet hours (imposed by the city) from 9 p.m.- 7 a.m. We ask our guests to please respect our neighbors, they are our top priority to continue to do short term rentals for years to come.

House trained dogs over 1 year old that are pre approved are allowed! Please tell me about your dog before booking. Pet fee is $15 per night per dog. No cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Dogs must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night ($30) will be applied.
