The Space:
This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect retreat for your next vacation getaway.

After a fun-filled day in Park City, relax in the comfortable sofa and plush love seat in the family room. Cozy up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the indoor fireplace as you admire the stone finishes while sipping on a cup of hot cocoa. Unwind for the night watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV while snuggled up in cozy blankets as you gaze at the night sky through the glass windows. Step out into the private outdoor balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air.

Guests will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen where the chef in your family can whip up a delicious meal for the rest of the group. Keep the cook company with the bar stool seating in the breakfast bar. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area as you share exciting stories from your fun-filled day in Park City.

For a night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a vanity table, a full-length wall mirror, and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage space. A full bathroom with a single vanity is available for guests during your stay.

A shared laundry room is available in the complex.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home and a private outdoor balcony. You will also have access to one free parking space on the underground reserved parking on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 20-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Resort base within a mile from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to ski shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 20-minute free bus ride with Munchin Rd and Adolphs bus stop on multiple routes only a 5-minute walk from the condo. Park City Mountain Resort base, located within a mile from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Air conditioning and heating units are available in the condo.

Please note that there is also a shared laundry facility at the building.

Please note that all garbage must be disposed of in the Lot G dumpster, it is located in the lot where the entry to the parking garage is.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

It was great. We were excited to see how clean the rooms were and we were able to enjoy the place. It met all our needs. We appreciate the flexibility for early check in and late check out. We enjoyed our skiing in Deer Valley and the place allowed us to get good rest. 5 stars!

Great Place

A friend and I wanted to ski Deer Park and Park City. The place was very nice and many amenities, great layout. Bus stop is right outside the door. Thanks and we shall return.

Great stay!

Was pleasantly surprised with our stay. The property was accessible to both events we attended right in the heart of Park City. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable 5 day stay. Had to reach out to property manager for something trivial and they responded quickly. Overall, great experience!

Perfect get away for a small family

Love the location!! 50 ft to the old railroad which is now a walking path that goes straight to Main Street within 20 minutes and miles & miles of pathway to explore! Easy parking and loved that is was covered and semi secure. a quick 30 minute drive to the beautiful mountain reservoir Jordanelle! Our host was respectful and communicated thoroughly. She even gave us a discount for the Hot Tub being closed due to Covid-19. We loved this cute little condo and will definitely go backs soon! Thanks :)

Family Getaway

Was nice and perfect for what we wanted. Probably the best prepped kitchen we have ever had with a condo. Location was great. It did get noisy one night from the neighbors and I wish I had packed my ugg house shoes because of the stone floor. Other than that is was great. The art work was nice. We walked to Einstein Bagels in the snow. We were what felt like seconds from the lifts. The walking trail was right out behind. Wonderful experience.

Canceled flights = no refund

Our flights were canceled twice trying to make our way out to slc from the East coast. the property manager was unwilling to offer us any kind of partial refund. It was a situation out of our control and she made no attempt to help us in anyway. Very disappointing. Buyer beware.

Good place - faulty AC was problematic

This property was fine overall - it’s in a good location and is a cute spot. However, it’s claim to have working AC is a complete lie. Having working AC is essential for a comfortable stay anywhere in Utah during the summer. The property got unreasonably hot at night and the place naturally had poor air circulation, so sleeping was next to impossible. In fact, it got so unbearable at night that my friend was unable to fall asleep on any of the 4 nights and became sick as a result. This is completely unacceptable given that we screened for properties that had functional AC as part of our search. We expect some sort of reimbursement for the false claims listed and the poor sleeping experience we had as a result. There are plenty of other ways to book housing for a trip and we need to be sure that properties accurately are giving out what they claim to be if we are to use Vrbo again.

Wow, I'm so sorry you were not able to turn on the air conditioning units. They work great and we've never had an issued. If you would have contacted us, we would have been happy to come over within 10 minutes 24/7 and showed you how to work them had we known. Each bedroom has an individual unit with remote controls and detail information on how to use them in the blue book on the counter that says "important information, please read". Your accusation of a "lie" and poor rating is very detrimental to our beautiful air conditioned condo. You never contacted us at any time during your stay. We hope you retract your review.

Great location

Great location close to everything. Easy bus access and even walked to Blind Dog one night for dinner. Lots of pros about this condo- including a stocked kitchen with all you need including spices. Humidifiers and boot warmers were a great touch. TVs in all rooms are huge and offer streaming services. Really the only downside is we found the couches incredibly uncomfortable- which was too bad since the TV in the living room is large and perfect for a movie night. All in all a great place. Thank you!

Underground elevator was not working .

my husband died about a month ago, so my girl took me to Park City on what would have been my 61st wedding anniversary and alo my birthday the next day. I have to use a walker and my one daughter has lime desease. We had to struggle to get in the room and did not have a parking place .

Family Ski Trip

This property was in a terrific location with the shuttle stop at the entrance, maybe a 300ft (ish) walk from the front door. I usually book through a vacation rental website in order to get a full kitchen and save money on meals. This was the best equipped kitchen I've ever had. There were enough pots and pans and dinnerware to cook and serve an entire meal without having to wash anything (this was a rarity in my experience). The property management company was a delight to deal with. My family always compliments me on my rental decisions and this was no exception. Thanks again

Great apartment, very comfortable, cozy, and convenient.

I would highly recommend this place (and if I return to Park City would hope to stay here again). The apartment itself is charming and cozy and has everything you need for a ski trip. It is very convenient for skiing at Park City; there is a bus that leaves from right outside the apartment and can take you to the slopes or to Main Street, and there is a ski rental place right across the street. The apartment has two spacious bathrooms and was a great size for a trip with 3 adults (could be 4 if one couple). The hot tub was working during our stay. It is true that the living room looks out onto other apartments but there are views of the mountains from the bedrooms (and if you’re skiing all day and only hanging out at night that probably wouldn’t matter anyway). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back on our next trip to Park City!
