We LOVED our stay here, the property was beautiful, in the heart of everything! So much to do near, places to eat, shop! The pool/rooftop area was great! The house was clean, and the rooms were spacious! Vanessa was wonderful when checking us in and assisting with anything we needed! She made us feel welcomed, and right at home! We can’t wait to stay at Casa Kava again!

Grill was not working but they were helpful even when chain was snatched from my friend by a local.. Was quick to respond back to us.. But one of the most safest place in Cartagena. You love the stay and location.

I highly recommend this location, there is alot to see in the area that is in walking distance. The has was awesome and so was the host. The host always responded quickly when we had questions, everything worked as promised, and if Im in the area again I will definitely stay at this location! Thanks again for everything Julio!

Ideal for families or friends. Perfectly appointed town home in heart of Getsemani. Private pool is spectacular perk on hot days.Julio is responsive and accommodating. Would stay again when in Cartagena.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The location truly couldn’t have been better—everything we needed was convenient and easily accessible, which made the entire trip feel effortless and relaxing.The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into making sure guests feel at home.What really set this place apart, though, was the host. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. Every detail felt considered, and any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly.Overall, this was one of those stays that just makes your trip better in every way. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable getaway.

They should handle the pool maintenance before & after your stay, not during. They also didn’t inform us that a cleaning lady would be there. We had to talk that out. You should be able to schedule the cleaning for when you are out.

Hello Damian, Initially, I was perplexed by your reluctance to have the pool maintenance performed. This service is typically provided while guests are present at a residence with a pool, as it is imperative to maintain the cleanliness of the pool. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning the house in accordance with the standards of any hotel. I comprehended your aversion to having individuals at the house. You had moved furniture without permission, damaged a television, and consistently left the air conditioner running with all doors open. Consequently, I will not be renting to you again.

Good stay

The place was nice to stay. Location is great, a quick walk to clock tower. The common area in the house (living room, kitchen) has no AC due to open area of patio. The area stays hot. The rooms have AC. The jacuzzi wasnt working it seems. All in all it is a decent spot.

Best location, beautiful house, excellent host!

Do not hesitate. Book this property if it happens to be available. You will love it! To start Julio is an amazing host. Very helpful, responsive and has tons of great recommendations. We stayed the week of Christmas to new years and the rooftop deck had a wonderful view of the fireworks for NYE. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower and great ac. The best part is the location! You can walk to everything and the street is famous for its flags and street art. In fact the fanciest hotel in gestamani is next door. There is lots of room to stretch out and a great rooftop pool. Even though you are in the heart of the city you don’t even notice the noise even on NYE. You will love this place!!

Place is better than it looks

- better than it looks - 3 stories - very big with rooftop terrace and jacuzzi - no roof above one area, a bat flew in one time but it was fine - low water pressure - use an official covid testing clinic nearby, not one recommended by host. - overall it was a good place and would stay again - location is great. Great restos in 5 min walk - 5 min walk to the walled city

This property is just a short walk to the walled city, and in a vibrant neighbourhood. Rooms were clean and air conditioning was great.
