From the ashes, The Brink is born! Following the devastating fire of February 2019 that claimed the famous Red Bar, this home also suffered a total loss due to its proximity to the fire. The owners ultimately decided that this cherished property deserved to be rebuilt. With unparalleled trust, they collaborated with Liv Vacations to create a luxuriously timeless design and APEX Disaster Specialists to construct a work of craftsmanship that would be one of a kind on its block. The team that made this happen became a family that worked seamlessly together, and the results truly pay off for the many families who will add to The Brink's extraordinary story.

The main level offers an open floor plan for easy entertaining, featuring a custom 15-foot couch and a separate conversation area, a 14-foot dining table that seats 10, and a state-of-the-art kitchen fitted with custom cabinets, KitchenAid appliances, two dishwashers, an ice maker, a beverage cooler, two sinks, two ovens, a pot filler over the 6-burner gas cooktop, and additional seating for 6. This level features a 70" Smart TV. Outside, enjoy secluded lounging at the outdoor kitchen fitted with a sink, large gas grill, and ample counter space. This area also features an outdoor shower.

The second level features Guest Rooms 1-4. Bedroom 1 (Taboga) offers comfortable accommodation for handicapped travelers with a closet, king bed, 55" Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with roll-in shower. Bedroom 2 (Amador) features a queen bed, 43" Smart TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 (Yellowbird) features a king bed, and Bedroom 4 (Coco Solo) features a full bed, both of which have 32" Smart TVs and share access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedrooms 2-4 all have private access to the balcony with sweeping views of the Gulf.

The third level features Guest Rooms 5 and 6 along with a one-of-a-kind cocktail lounge. Bedroom 5 (Gamboa) features a king bed, 55" Smart TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. This room also has direct access to the elevator landing as well as the balcony. Bedroom 6 (San Blas) features a king bed, 55" Smart TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as private access to the balcony. The cocktail lounge offers unobstructed views of the Gulf Coast and is amply stocked with all types of stemware, a sink, beverage cooler, coffee maker, countertop ice maker, and a 32" Smart TV.

The fourth level features a laptop workspace, a full bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo, a bunk room with two queen beds and two twin beds, and a stocked game room with extra accommodations for 2 (high-end air mattress on legs).

A 6-seater golf cart is provided by 30A Gulf Carts, which is complimentary during your stay. Before your arrival, you'll receive an email from 30A Gulf Carts requesting a digital signature on a waiver of liability, proof of driver's license, and proof of insurance. Should you choose to opt out of providing this information to 30A Gulf Carts, the golf cart will be unavailable during your stay. No exceptions.

*Pool Heat Terms: Pool is heated year-round to a temperature of 75º. Heat may be increased for an additional fee of $50/day or $300/week + tax.

SECURITY DISCLAIMER: This property is fitted with a Ring doorbell (video + audio) plus three additional outdoor cameras (video) which face the parking area along the front and side of the property. This system helps us efficiently resolve any parking issues such as unauthorized vehicles that need to be towed and provides strengthened security for our guests. These cameras operate 24/7 and turning them off is non-negotiable. There is also a SimpliSafe security system installed for use when the property is vacant. The security system will be disarmed during your stay.

INTERNET DISCLAIMER: All of our properties are equipped with the fastest internet service provided within their respective areas, and we utilize routers that allow us to monitor their status remotely. In the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost and the issue is determined to be caused by the service provider, there is simply nothing we can do besides wait for service to be restored and forward you updates directly from the service provider. There will be no compensation to guests in the event internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. If you are traveling for business and internet makes or breaks your visit, we recommend that you bring your own hotspot.
