Overall a great experience, had a small issue with the water heater however a quck text and a immediate reply the issue was resolved quickly.You can hear the above tenants walking around but it wasnt an issue during bed time hours.The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids and the beds themselves were heavenly, slept like a baby. I was worried being 6'2" that the twin size beds were going to have me cramped but there was ample room.Only thing i can say that would make it perfect is if it had a washer and dryer.

The perfect quiet getaway!

It was really nice being able to get away from the crowds and traffic and stay someplace quiet and peaceful. The condo was perfect and our 6 year old loved the bunk beds.

Needs a good cleaning…

Dead bugs everywhere. Didn’t shower over the weekend due to the unclean state of the bathroom. House was cutely decorated and well put together. Suited our needs other than the cleanliness.

Fantastic accommodations!

What a great find! We were in town for an event and looking for a peaceful place to stay. This was perfect! Perfect size, super comfy beds and super clean! Loved the deck and chairs. 10/10 I would recommend! :)

Innsbrook was lovely, unfortunately the condo was not. First impression is the gross dirty carpet in the entry way. Friday a mouse ate a granola bar in my friend’s purse, the 2nd night we caught a mouse and had mouse poop all over the counter top, the 3rd night another larger mouse woke us up jumping across the kitchen floor on the sticky trap provided by Innsbrook. Vrbo and the host were 0 help and told us we signed a contract so there wasn’t anything they could do. The top bunk is hard to get in, but the beds are comfortable. There is also no toaster even though requested previously and all the pans were dirty or scratched. There is no accountability to maintain this property. Do not recommend!

very quiet as soon as we drove up deer and wildlife was everywhere very beauitful scenery. Also as we got to the place we were staying at as soon as we opened the patio door there were deer and other wildlife. The only thing me an my daughter didn't enjoy was the restaurant that was on the property called "The ClubHouse Bar And Grille" they were very rude I had made reservations. As soon as we got there and said we had reservations the woman at the front said they didn't take reservations. It had alot of people there in the bar area plenty of tables were open so she said the best she could do was this single table way back behind the band stage area by ourselves in the very very back corner. I have never felt so humiliated in plubic like that ever. the waiter kept coming over like every few seconds to ask what we wanted we didn't even have time to completely look over the menu. It was like they were tring to rush us out. I decided to just leave it was like we were not welcome at all. On the way out a regular came in with like 5 others said he made reservations and had no problem. I even called to verify that they do take reservations.

Great spot for a girls weekend!

4 over forty friends had a great time in the very cute condo! We hung out at the pool and beach nearby. Beds were very comfortable. Only recommendation would be a larger coffee pot and more coffee mugs.

Fun bunk beds

Our kids loved the bunk beds! The Adirondack chairs were very comfortable. Short distance to Geneva Beach.
