Best place to stay in Emerald Island... 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with beautiful furniture, updated appliances, and gorgeous fixtures. Everything has been replaced in this home. Come here to relax in your home away from home or visit the parks, which are just minutes away!

The home is fully equipped for you to enjoy a family vacation or getaway.

As you enter the home, you will notice the fully fitted kitchen with granite countertops and the comfortable lounge with a large-screen TV.

Just off this lounge area is the master suite with a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite.

On the other side of the lounge are the 2 other bedrooms; both have queen-sized beds and TVs. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom. All rooms have Ashley Furniture décor.

As you move through the lounge area, you can see the screened-in deck and pool. The screened-in pool is fitted with a privacy screen on the lower panels. The pool can be heated for an extra cost. Pool heat is not the same as a jacuzzi; the heat will vary depending on the weather. The temperature will be anywhere from the upper 70s in winter to the high 80s.

If we can accommodate an early arrival or late check-out, there is no charge!

Great place to stay if going to the parks

The property is in a gated community, very well cared for. The process to get through the gate (pass) was very easy. Check -in/check out procedures were minimal and easy. Nice place to stay - has everything you could need. Beds were comfortable. The house was clean and had plenty of room for 5 adults.

Perfect adult family getaway

We stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks and we have no complains. The resort community it is in is pristine and it always felt like we were on our own little island. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Comfortable stay

The location of this home is perfect for Disney. Easy access in and out to the parks. Every amenity you could imagine with 1-2 miles, food, shopping, etc. The pool was crystal clear. The home is very tastefully decorated. The amenities at the club house are nice, a second larger pool, hot tub, mini golf, tennis, etc. Will return!

Very nice property. I didn’t like the fact that I needed to pay 20 to “register my vehicle” and obtain a gate key. That was a bit petty.The house was nice and so was the pool. Beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed.

Emerald Island Gem

This is the perfect Disney getaway. We travel to Florida a few times a year to cruise and we like to extend our trips on the front end in the Kissimmee area. This home is well maintained, comfortable and full of amenities. In addition, the property host is readily available and responsive to any issues. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Great location and amazing house. Clean and no issues at all. Owner is super responsive. There was a power outage during are stay and soon as it was out the owner was sending us messages with updates. We would definitely stay again

The house is exactly as described and pictures. Liza was very responsive prior too and during our stay. The master bedroom is very comfortable as were the other beds. Great value for a Disney vacation. The house is about 15 min to all of the theme parks and Disney Springs. Walmart, Publix and Starbucks are also very close.

House was wonderful. About 15 minutes to Disney parks. Walmart just 10 minutes down the road to grab groceries. Can’t say we had any real issues. We would happily stay here again!

Golf Trip

Loved the Condo we stayed at, minor inconveniences that got worked out after a call to the property manager. (Not enough bath towels, keypad battery message reminder and no backup batteries for tv remote). Beautiful area, quiet neighborhood, lots of early morning walkers. Will stay again if schedule permits.

Very nice neighborhood, pool is nice but the inside could use some upgrades and better cleaning. Baseboards were dirty, the guest bathroom shower head didn’t have enough water pressure. Throw carpets needed cleaning as well. Beds were not the most comfortable either.

The home was just right for us! Having a private pool was fantastic! Liza was quick to respond to my messages. The home was clean and the decor was perfect! The overall process in obtaining an access pass was quick and easy. Thank you for giving us a home away from home!

Emerald Island is no more than 4 miles from Disney World Attractions. Many first-time visitors to Orlando area do not understand the traffic patterns during the busy morning and late evening hours. The last thing you want to do during your vacation stay is to drive 15-20 miles to reach your vacation home after a busy day at parks. Driving that far means that it takes almost an hour in Orlando area if you have to drive 15-20 miles. Wouldn't you rather spend that extra hour in the theme parks with Mickey, Minnie and their friends than on the roads?
