The condo was great!! Clean and well stocked with everything we needed, we have rented a couple places around the area and by far this has been the best experience, will probably book with again next we come down.

This is a great condo. Very spacious. Furniture is pretty comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need.

Wonderful Stay

We were recommended Ben’s condo after wanting to extend our stay in the Bella Piazza Resort. Ben was more than accommodating in meeting our needs at that time (we needed to change flights, extend car rental, etc.) The condo unit has lots of space especially since it was only for the two of us. Both the master bedroom and a second bedroom has a bathroom contained within the bedroom, and a third bathroom. This is great if the unit was being occupied by a family or a second couple. We had some family drop by as a day visit with two teenage boys and the game arcade was a huge hit! Sadly, it appears that some others who have stayed have really mistreated his carpets. The AC unit is set and you cannot manually control it, at times it was a little too warm for me but not so much my husband. It was a huge plus having Publix and restaurants within walking distance of our condo. “Alders” was recommended to us for a great hamburger and it was a definite win! I would not hesitate in staying at this condo again and hope that we may be able to do so in the near future. Thanks Ben for everything!

I have stayed at Bella Piazza a half dozen (plus) times. This property gives you a place to sleep in a great location. We love the pool. We love the close proximity to both Disney & Universal Studios. The kids LOVED the arcade game. This property has quite a bit of wear & tear from it being a rental. It has not been updated compared to some of the other VRBO options @ Bella Piazza. The carpets were quite stained. We had a good week. There were a few hiccups that the owner addressed quickly. Due to evident wear, really slow draining tub in hallway bathroom & stained carpets, we'd probably opt for another condo @ this complex next time. P.S. This was out of the owners hands, but they were working on the roof during our stay. It was a bit disappointing to wake up to hammering & power tools every morning.
