Nous serions ravis de partager notre belle 3 chambres 3 salle de bain luxueuse condo avec vous et votre famille.
Avec quelques minutes de Disney World Bella Piazza ce complexe de style méditerranéen est une retraite élégante de vacances à prix abordable encore où tout vous aimez à propos de Floride centrale est à votre portée. Idéal pour 2 familles.

Le Condo

Ce spacieux condo 1350 pieds carrés dispose d'une belle cuisine à aire ouverte avec une vue magnifique de la Grande Chambre. Les compteurs sont en granit et les planchers sont joliment carrelée. Tous les équipements de cuisine sont fournissent pour vous et juste en bas de la salle est une laveuse et sécheuse situé.

La spacieuse Great Room dispose d'une salle à manger et un canapé pour se détendre et regarder le 'TV LED 42 ou rattraper son retard sur un film. Cette maison a aussi génial WiFi gratuit et illimité d'appels interurbains partout en Amérique du Nord.

Le surdimensionné à coucher principale dispose d'un lit king size avec une télévision à écran plat et rejoint sur le maître salle de bains privative, qui a deux lavabos avec un comptoir de granit et un grand bain romain avec une cabine de douche séparée. La deuxième chambre contient également un lit King size avec une voisine privé de 3 pièces salle de bain. La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec la 3ème salle de bain située juste devant la porte.

Vous allez adorer assis sur le balcon et profiter de l'excellente météo Orlando.

This is the second time we stayed at this condo and we enjoyed it both times. The two pools are great, the condo itself is spacious enough for six adults and Frank is great to work with.

Frank’s condo was perfect for us and our three college age kids. We loved the pools and used the fitness center. Things around the complex were quiet and peaceful.

Great stay.

3 bathrooms. Very helpful. Very clean and small community. Publix at walking distance. Far enough from Disney to not feel the traffic and congestion but still only 15-20 min from Disney. Pools are nothing special but there are two pools. Property has cooking supplies also. You will love your stay.

Great Family Stay Option

We had a nice stay at this condo. The location was convenient and the check in process was very easy. Frank is great at communicating and providing you with all of the information that you need for your stay. He was very accommodating when we had a special request and it was very much appreciated. The grounds and the pools are very nice and well kept. There were pool toys and towels. We ran out of a few kitchen items that we replaced, but it had pretty much everything you would need. Thanks Frank!

Perfect for Disney & Universal

Frank's apartment was perfect for our family of 5 visiting Disney & Universal. It was about a 25 minute drive each day to Disney and 40 minutes to Universal. The apartment complex was quiet & safe, and the pool area was ideal for our rest days between visiting the theme parks. There were normally just a handful of people in the pool whenever we visited. There is a supermarket literally around the corner plus a few takeaway restaurants (Chinese, Thai, et al.). We also enjoyed the ice cream place called Twistee Treats. Special thanks to Frank and also Debbie from the cleaning company: one of our daughters left her (expensive) Apple headphones in the apartment when we left. Debbie found them and mailed them back to us a few days later. We were very grateful!

Great location and easy check in/out process.

We were in Orlando for a basketball tournament and stayed at Frank's condo. This was a great location and it was so nice for us all to have our own rooms AND bathrooms (3 baths). Publix and restaurants are walking distance. Sunday's is a must for Fish n chips! The community has 2 nice pools and gym, and easy to get to. Frank was very responsive and the check in/out process was seamless. The downside for us was that the condo never cooled below 75 degrees. Maintenance did come out and look, but didn't see a problem. It was never uncomfortable inside, but if you like it cooler to sleep, like myself, you may want to bring an extra fan. The beds could use an upgrade, but overall, we had a good week. Thanks for being so responsive Frank!

Disappointed with the condition of the unit - was not cleaned.

The unit was not cleaned. Dirty towels were hanging in the bathroom. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Kitchen counters had not not been wiped down. Dishes had to be washed before we could use them. We had to clean the entire unit the day we arrived. We were extremely disappointed. I was able to get in touch with the owner, who was very apologetic. He said that he had gotten in touch with the maid and that she could come and clean the unit in a couple of days. REALLY!! He did credit our account for one day.

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo it was clean and a very quiet place. Frank was very attentive to all of our needs whenever we had an issue. Great owner. We also, took his suggestion about Sunday’s pub they do have great fish and chips. It’s a nice little English pub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay will definitely be back!

Fantastic alternative to expensive hotel stays

This was our second time staying at Bella Piazza and we were very pleased both times. We had a three bedroom, three bathroom condo which was perfect for my wife, my two teen daughters, my sister and myself. We did 5 days at Disney and this was the perfect location (about 20 minutes drive to the parks). We were able to spend the entire day/evening at the park and then come home and have diner at the condo. The condo owner Frank was great to deal with, provided detailed instructions and was quick to respond to an inquires we had. Thanks again Frank - We will certainly stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo was extremely spacious. Beds were comfy and the condo had a lot of items on hand that was needed to cook or enjoy a day in the pool. The outside patio are was nice. Area was super peaceful and quiet. The owner was kind and responsive.

Reviews Over hyped!

Disappointing. Master Bedroom & bath was not cleaned very well. Master bath had hair in shower & on the floor. No soap. 1 roll of toilet paper in master & a half roll in other two bathrooms. Have stayed in a lot nicer & cleaner for less money. Decor is outdated and furniture well worn. Carpet is awful. Well worn & looked dirty. In this day and age, cleanliness is everything! Pool was nice & clean as well as pool bathrooms.

Great place to stay close to everything

This was an awesome place to stay. It was clean smelled great. The kitchen was well equipped. I mean from dish towels foil pans several plates cups not just one set.. He really put money into making the place feel like a home. He have quality pictures and furniture. I will be staying there again. The balcony has a great view and the area is quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee.

My family and I have vacationed in Florida for many years and we love this particular area. It is close to Disney, golf coures and the airports. The weather is amazing and we are sun worshipers.

As soon we opened the door to the condo we fell in love with it. It is very spacious yet cozy. After a day in the sun at the pool my wife and I love our private time hanging out on the balcony sipping on a beverage.
