UPDATED: This recently renovated home is situated on the riverfront, within easy walking distance to Main Street, and all the shops and charm of downtown Madison. Nearby boat ramp, golf cart rental, and antique shops make this an ideal location for sportsmen, antique enthusiasts, or family and friends that want to enjoy the charm of Madison. An easy driving distance to Clifty Falls State Park, Big Oaks National Wildlife Refuge, General Butler State Park, Versailles State Park, and many other natural and historic attractions. Madison is Indiana’s Music City with the Madison Music Movement the city offers regular and numerous live music events and festivals throughout the year. Ample off-street parking is provided with outdoor space to watch the river roll by on the front porch or enjoy toasting marshmallows in the firepit. A fireplace makes the living room extra cozy. Two bedrooms with double beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. With a tastefully decorated bathroom and a full kitchen, you have all you need to feel at home.

Newly installed 30 amp RV hook up with water, and waste disposal across the street. RV hook up for a minor fee with the rental of the home.

Hayden Hanover College visit
My daughter, Grandson and two golden retrievers as well as myself came to Madison, IN because my Grandson was accepted to Hanover College. We were so happy that we were able to stay in this lovely home! It was so neat and clean. The front deck was great! Beautiful view of the Ohio River and nice fenced backyard that was hooked into the deck! My Golden’s loved it! Beds, furniture were so comfy. We will definitely be back to stay here. Our host, Brian, was very helpful and was close and available if we needed anything! It was the perfect place to stay!

A Great Time
Our group had a great time for Hanover College Homecoming! No issues with the house! Very clean and exactly what we needed. We spent most time on the porch catching up with friends. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Fall Break Getaway
What a cute and convenient little house. The gate and fenced in yard along with large deck was so wonderful for our pet who enjoyed sunning on the deck. Brian was very attentive to our needs and even though we had a mix up with check in it went smoothly and our trip continued as planned. We love Madison. Thank you for allowing us to share your home. We loved the hot dog truck parked by the garage.
