Fantastic Experience

This home is a beautiful place to stay. Location is great and nearby both beaches and downtown fifth avenue area. Home is clean, newly renovated, tastefully decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and gorgeous outdoor space with pool.

Truly a tropical paradise as advertised. Absolutely enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the patio and the beautifully landscaped grounds. This location has become our top VRBO location for Naples, due to quality of the home and location, which is a once a year trip for my family and I. Thank you!

Property was great for our needs. Well located, clean, and as seen in the listing. Property manager was helpful and responsive. Neighborhood was fine but not walkable, but walking trails very close by. No reservations about recommending.

The home inside has been very much updated with very nice decor. Everything was clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo for the bathrooms.

Such a cute house!

This house is adorable- just like the pictures. Great location next to the zoo and an awesome running path along the river, or about 1.5 miles to the beach. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed - except soap and shampoo. The pool was also perfect…the kids loved it.

Loved this house!

This was a newly renovated home, we loved it. Very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very responsive throughout our stay. It was near the zoo and nature conservancy, a great walkway through the conservancy, all the way to the airport. We didn’t want for anything.

Perfect!

We fell in love with this home! It was the perfect amount of space for our family with teenagers. The private lanai and pool made our vacation so enjoyable. The outdoor bathroom and shower was an unexpected hit. I really enjoyed the Greenway park that is located within walking distance. Hoping to book again!

Old Naples Elegance in a Laid Back Neighborhood

Wow! What an incredible little house. Oozing with character we were blown away by the attention to detail into the design, furnishings and build of this amazing home. The backyard space is the perfect oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life. We stayed here with our 4 kids and a dog. It’s located across the street from the amazing playground at Fleischmann park and literally next to the zoo which was seriously beautiful and fun with the kids. Beach was 5 minutes away and is super close to all the shops and restaurants. Really pleased with this stay and I highly recommend. A huge shout out to our hosts for such an amazing stay.

Beautiful Home!!!

Home is located in a quiet area and walking distance to the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. The home was beautifully remodeled and had everything you need in the kitchen. The pool was a perfect spot to cool off after the beach and our girls loved it lit up at night! There were plenty of pool and beach items on the side porch to use and we added a few new beach toys to the collection. The house was just a mile and a half to Lowdermilk Park Beach area and only 10 minutes to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent this home again!!

Little Oasis In Naples

We had a lovely 4 night stay Tuesday- Saturday. In town for a wedding. House is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. Furniture, decor and appliances are top grade. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooking. We didn't use it, but there is a grill on site as well. The backyard is perfect for lounging day or night with lots of seating and a delightful plunge pool. Shade and sun areas available. This is located in a very central, yet surprisingly quiet neighborhood. We had only adults on this trip, but would be perfect for children too. The one level home is easy to navigate and would be wonderful for those with limited mobility as well. I'd love to stay here again!

Great Place To Stay

This is a fantastic house. The interior is clean, comfortable, and well designed. The location is near just about everything in Naples and only around a half hour drive from Marco Island. The check-in and check-out process was clear and easy to follow, and communication was open and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Truely Beautiful!!!!

This house was so beautiful and it met all of our needs for our trip! We spent most of our time at the picture perfect pool and patio area. We cooked all of our meals, the house provided for everything supply (pots, dishes, cups, utensils. Etc.) we needed. The house brought plenty of towels and some beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and sheets available for us. We also enjoyed using the outdoor bathroom and shower. The best part was being sooo close to the shops, restaurants, and beaches. We took an Uber XL to the beach for about $10. There were only 2 cons: the first was the lack of windows coverings.. even in the main bathroom, there is a window with no covering. The entire kitchen/living room area and the front door has no window covering. Considering that the house faces a forest of trees, it gets a bit creepy. The second con was that there were no bathroom toiletries provided - no shampoo, conditioner or soap.
