The house was clean & had plenty of space. We felt safe in the area & were close to the places we needed to go. I liked that it was a gated community & the ability to do laundry, etc to stay on top of things. The pool was clean & enjoyable.

Awesome stay!

Our family of four (with 5yo and 2yo children) had a fantastic time at Stan’s house. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked well, shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. The best feature of the house was the pool and hot tub, of course! We made a lot of great memories, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on future trips!

The villa was lovely and clean, very comfy and close to the communual pook as well. We arrived to a welcome package of snacks which was a nice touch. The villa had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and umbrella to take with us to the beach. The pool area was great and nice to overrlook the lake. Briarwood is a lovely gated community and close to shops restaurants and the beach which is perfect. We have stayed 3 times in this villa now and would highly recommend a stay here.

Naples Vacation

This is our second time staying at this house. We like it based on the proximity to family we visit down in Naples who are only a few houses away. The pool and space is lovely and it works for our family.

We had a wonderful stay and were pleasantly surprised by how much value this house offered for the price. The kitchen and bathrooms were excellent, everything was very clean, and the outdoor area offered beautiful lake views. The pool was fantastic, and although the weather was warm, we chose to have it heated, which made the evenings especially enjoyable. The outdoor space is somewhat compact, but this is exactly as shown in the listing photos, so there were no surprises. The house is a bit older and could benefit from some attention in a few areas. It could also feel a little cozier with some updated furnishings, particularly in the outdoor area. However, this was also in line with what we expected based on the photos.Overall, we felt the house offered outstanding value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

We came to Naples to play in the US Open pickleball tournament. This house fit the bill for my husband and I, along with 3 friends. The house was great and so is the neighborhood.
