Inside, the open living area exudes coastal charm with beachy decor, a plush seating area, and a TV. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, and a large island for prepping meals or sharing drinks. The dining table seats the whole crew comfortably for breakfast before heading to the beach or game night after a day of adventures.

The primary bedroom is a calming sanctuary with a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Very easy process, home was very nice and clean. Host communicated before, during, and after. Very ideal location on AMI.
Pool and patio. It is a duplex, but good privacy from the neighboring unit, and good privacy to the neighborhood. The only drawback is the shade the trees give in the afternoon in February, as you need to move around to stay in the sun.

Nice location a bit noisy with construction near by. Interior could use a little updating but pool area was enjoyed. The pool was nice and warm.

Wonderful Vacation.

A great little spot, super close to the ocean. Perfect set-up with pool/backyard and rooms. Nice that they had a bike to use as well as a wagon/chairs for the beach. Overall would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit AMI. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, pool, and location!

We had a great stay at this house with our three teens. The house looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is perfect, and the beach is just down the street. We were able to walk our bike to misty locations.

Backyard Paradise with comforts of home.

Great location with amazing tropical pool area. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. I give the place a 5, the only issue was dishwasher, it doesn’t clean dishes and had to wash by hand in order to use them. Otherwise, everything was GREAT! Can’t wait to come back!

Going to book again

This home was everything we were looking for. So close to the beach. The property came with a wagon for the beach chairs as also a cabana. The pool was a perfect fit for our 3 year old, and location for some fun shops for my 13 year old. We loved walking down every night to watch the sunset. The washer and dryer were an added bonus to clean towels after a day at the beach

Paradise By the Beach

Beautiful cottage home just steps to the beach. This is a twin home but you would never know it. As in the pictures, it is surrounded by tropical palms making the backyard a private oasis. The pool is amazing and always warm. The location is great...short walk to beach and shopping center for eating and shopping. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The management company was great too. When the ac wasn't working they were there in minutes and had a repairman out to fix it within an hour!!! We would definitely stay at this home again!

Great little house!

Great island location. Walk to beach, town, restaurants, etc. House was perfect size for various family and friends stopping by…. Backyard perfect for hanging around the house in between activities. Only complaint was safety alarm on sliding glass door. There should be an option to disengage it. Ridiculously LOUD, HIGH pitched and annoying every time to open close the door. (There is a bypass button but it’s just the dumbest thing in the world to drop everything for the two handed door dance!!) It’s a miracle people haven’t gone deaf or had heart attacks!!!! Eliminate that alarm and we’d rent there again!

Ainsley retreat 2024

We had a lot of fun and truly enjoyed our stay. Having such a great pool was a plus, after toasting ourselves in the beach, pool is soround by trees an palms giving you peace and relaxation time. The property is due for an upgrade in furniture and furnishings.The cleaning crew needs to clean deeply inside closets, under sofa and beds.We bought ourselves a wet mop and help ourselves with a broom and this mop to maintain our areas free of dust and sand. We bought containers to keep our food cold, as the stuff in the kitchen was poor and the silverware. We assumed to buy everything we needed to clean and keep the house smelling refreshing. It really needs the owners attentiion, as this craning cipsnies only change bedding and replace towels. For the rest, everything was amazing and having to waabiut3 blocks to the beach, makes this house a jewel. I am planning to return next y, hoping that some of this constructive criticism is heard and that the house will be a little more comfortable. I really recommend this house for all of this house I left 4 wine glasses and martinis glasses as well. No doubt that with all this cons, this house is one of the best in Holmes Beach, Mercy Sanchez, Miami Florida July 13-20, 2024

Location is great, but room for improvement

Location is fabulous, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! The house is pretty quiet, even though it is close to a busy street and shopping area. The house provided a beach cart, chairs, some toys, and beach towels. A few downfalls to note - The pool area is 90% in the shade for most of the day, this was helpful with keeping a toddler out of the sun but may not be ideal for you. Beds are marginal, the primary king bed is alright but the other beds (queen and 2 twins) are not comfortable and very squeaky. The house definitely needs a deep cleaning. The management company really needs to be better. The house did not come stocked as described, so I reached out to them a few times and they said they would drop off the items, they never showed up. This makes me worry if it were a plumbing or HVAC emergency, would they show up? We were there during Hurricane Nicole, which left us without power for a day and the yard and pool filled with debris. We're young so we made it work and cleaned it up, but if you were older you might not have appreciated the lack of response from the company on these issues.

Family vacation

Ainsley’s house was very nice, the private backyard with the pool was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There were beach towels, chairs and even a cart for the beach. Every bed DEFINITELY needs new mattresses and the AC unit doesn’t cool the whole place well. We had to keep the ceiling fans going in every room and even use the fan that was in the closet to try and help cool the master bedroom and bathroom.

Really nice property and location was great! Pool area was great and heated nicely. Only downside with the property is the beds were very firm which made it challenging to sleep comfortably.

Perfect for families!

We stayed with our three young kids (3, 6, and 9) and couldn't have been happier. The house was immaculate and bigger than we even expected, the amenities were just as listed and met our families needs perfectly, and the rental office and property contacts were wonderful to work with. The beach was a VERY short walk up the block- short enough to make multiple trips back and forth on foot with no issues at all. The other area beaches were short drives away, and made day trips easy to plan even with our kids in tow. There are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made this the perfect location for us to stay in, relax, and enjoy the island lifestyle!

Great experience, beautiful house!

We have never been to Anna Maria Island before and were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of it!! Everyone we came in contact with were so helpful, nice and accommodating!! The check-in process was so easy and they give you so much helpful information, the AMIA company were wonderful to work with. As far as the house we rented, we couldn't have been more pleased!! The house was more that what we expected. Very nice, extremely clean and a great location. The pool area was beautiful as well!! The guy who comes to clean the pool was great too, super nice!! Overall we LOVED it and will definitely be back!!

Good house, awful weather

House is good, but a really small living room. We experienced an awful weather - we didn't see the sun the entire week, just rain! August definitely is not a good month for this place!

First time to the island

This was our first time to the island and we really lucked up with this rental. It was amazing! The location the private pool everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this house.

We enjoyed a week during spring break with two teens and a preteen. Gorgeous outdoor setting in back, very private and everything very clean. House very nice but living area small. Fortunately, kids hung out in bedrooms (TVs in all rooms) or stayed outside most of the time. Short walk to the beach and quiet street.
