Ce magnifique duplex au rez-de-chaussĂ©e offre trois chambres (deux chambres king et une chambre twin avec deux lits jumeaux) et un canapĂ©-lit (queen) dans le salon. La piscine privĂ©e d'eau salĂ©e chauffĂ©e surdimensionnĂ©e avec entrĂ©e sur la plage (idĂ©ale pour les jeunes enfants), cascade et piscine Tiki Hut, douche extĂ©rieure et amĂ©nagement paysager tropical luxuriant plairont Ă  tout Ăąge. Un spacieux (1500pc), plan ouvert salon-salle Ă  manger-cuisine avec de hauts plafonds cathĂ©drale. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Les ventilateurs de plafond et les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat sont situĂ©s dans toutes les chambres et le salon, offrant gratuitement le cĂąble, le tĂ©lĂ©phone et Internet sans fil. Chaises de plage, chariot de plage, serviettes de plage, chaises longues, barbecue Ă  gaz et table de patio sont fournis pour votre usage. This home is beautiful and comfortable. There is enough room to spread out and for all to have the space they need. The teens loved the pool and the proximity to places they could get to easily on their bikes. We could walk or bike to many places (coffee, ice cream, restaurants). The walk to the beach was easy and the beach wagon and all the beach accessories available at the house make it extra easy to have perfect beach days. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking supplies and utensils to make meals. You will not be disappointed in this one!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Anna Maria. It has spacious rooms that comfortably fit our family of 5. All the amenities needed are available and the property is conveniently located close to the beach. We have stayed here for the last 2 years and will be booking again for next year.

Best on the island!

We have stayed at Coco Cabana numerous times and it has always been 5/5 stars. The post hurricanes remodel left nothing to be desired. This place is spacious and beautiful, and the pool is fabulous! It is centrally located in Holmes Beach and will not disappoint. Owners are responsive and wonderful to work with as well as the management agency. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Perfect for our fam of 4

Recently renovated with a bright white and ocean blues beachy vibe. Close walk to a less crowded area of holmes beach, including a beach cart and two chairs and two umbrellas ( even extra toys shell shark tooth scoop net for the beach and pool provided) . All comforts of home like extra blankets and beautiful decor. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need even a nice spice collection. Pool was so perfect and the pavilion in the pool was perfect shade for relaxing and watching kids as they swam. Quiet street but only a short walk to “the ugly grouper” and a froyo/açaí place we loved. Only hiccup we had was property management did not have our correct contact info, once we figured that out we got the check-in texts and they were very responsive throughout our trip. Owner was prompt to reply and let us know to contact them. Quality of beds linens and towels was all excellent! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus! I would give this property a 10 star rating as far as VRBOs we have rented. An extra perk was the free trolly stop that isn't far from the place and you can easily download the app to navigate the entire island on the trolly!

100 Stars Wouldn’t Be Enough

This home was an absolute dream! From the moment we booked, the experience was top-notch. The owners were incredibly responsive, kind, and full of great suggestions for things to do on Anna Maria Island—which made planning our trip even more exciting.The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need (and then some!). From a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze, to the high-quality beach gear and the amazing gas grill—we truly felt like every detail had been thought through to make our stay perfect.One of the biggest highlights for our family was the private pool—our kids absolutely fell in love. They were in it morning, noon, and night—there’s just something magical about night swimming under the stars. It quickly became everyone’s favorite part of the day!The central location of the home made exploring the island super easy. We were just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet—a perfect balance.The property management company was just as wonderful—super helpful and attentive before and during our stay. It’s rare to find a rental where every aspect—from booking to checkout—feels seamless and thoughtful.We’ve stayed at several vacation rentals, and this one blew the others out of the water. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. We’re already thinking about rebooking for next summer same place.

Great Stay at Cocoa Cabana

We really enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Cabana. Everything was very clean. The location was great, the walk to the beach was very easy. We enjoyed The Ugly Grouper and walked there because it was so close. The property manager was very helpful and responsive when I needed help. The pool, and outdoor area was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is safety updates for seniors, grab bars in the bathrooms and taller toilets. These little additions make it easier for seniors to enjoy their stay as well. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect Beach House

This adorable home is perfect in every way. It has been beautifully renovated, has the most tasteful and serene coastal decor, and is well provisioned. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a full meal at home, there are plenty of pool towels, and all of the extras like throw blankets, board games, and fans. The location makes for an easy walk to the beach or up to local favorites like the Doctor’s Office, Ugly Grouper and more! The backyard pool is private and sparkling clean. Unlike a lot of other rentals, this one had plenty of sun loungers and a large grill with plenty of propane. We had a great week and can’t wait to return!

Fabulous Vacation Home in Holmes Beach

Coco Cabana is absolutely gorgeous! The post hurricane renovations are stunning!! Christine the owner has a great eye for design.The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a television in each bedroom.The bathrooms are bright and the new showers are perfect.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need! We love the convenience of the washer and dryer. The pool and outdoor area are perfect for lazy day at home. There are plenty of chaise loungers and a nice table/chairs with an umbrella. There is an outdoor shower, beach toys and a cart. The location is centrally located, close to the tennis/pickle ball courts, the beach, shopping, restaurants and the free trolley! Coco Cabana was spotless! The cleaners do a great job. We have excellent communication with the owners. This is our second time at CoCo Cabana and we hope to go back next year!! Overall, I would give it 10 stars!!

Great AMI Vacation Rental

We have been going to AMI for several years for Summer vacations with the Family and this was our first year renting the Coco Cabana. Going into it, I was skeptical that the rental would not be as nice as the pictures or that it would adequately accommodate our family of six. I was pleasantly surprised that we all fit comfortably and that the floor plan was spread out enough that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The amenities were great, including an updated kitchen that was well stocked and organized. The bedrooms were big, the beds/linens were comfortable, plus it was nice having large TVs in every room. The bathrooms were large enough, updated, and had everything we needed. The pool and patio area are conveniently accessible from the living room/kitchen area for eating outside or getting refreshments for the swim up tiki bar. Everything we needed for the short trips to the beach was available and in good shape. The rental is also conveniently located near restaurants, shops, grocery store, and pharmacies. The group managing the property did a great job with communicating before, during, and after our rental. On the rare occasions we had questions, they would respond within 10 minutes (even after normal business hours). We felt at home during our stay at the Coco Cabana and it was nice knowing we had a responsive management team to help resolve any issues that may come up. We booked again for next year and look forward to going back.

Family Vacation

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and we hope to be back soon. We really enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. The house is beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is the crowning gem and was very much enjoyed during our stay! The only thing I would point out - and this is on me for missing it in the photos - is that the house might not be appropriate for younger children. The twin bedroom has a door that opens out onto the street that was easily opened by my 3 year old and similarly the living room door accessing the pool was easily opened by him as well. Also, while the house appeared very clean if you have sensitivity to pet dander this might not be the place for you.

Best kept secret for a great vacation!

This is our 4th stay in Holmes Beach at Coco Cabana. Property each year is updated and in perfect condition. We spent more time in the private pool than on the beach. Hosts are exceptional and property management very responsive to any needs. We are already booked for next year and this trip is always the highlight of our year. This is the best kept secret on AMI!

Wonderful home for a family vacation

My husband, two children (ages 5 and 7) and two grandparents rented this home for a family vacation to AMI in June 2024. We had the best time and it was unanimous that this house checked all the boxes - there isn’t a thing we would change. We did rent a golf cart for the week which made the short walk to the beach even easier (and fun!) The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and we all loved the pool. We grilled out several evenings and it was so convenient to have the grill and pool in the backyard. Literally the only thing we wished was provided is a few more beach towels given how much time we spent at the beach and pool. What a wonderful house and location!

After several visits to Anna Maria Island, and never wanting to leave, we decided to look for a property of our own. We had planned to retire to this home but landed in Sarasota with our two little dogs instead. Our cottage has a long and well-established rental history with VRBO and the local rental agency.
