Ce magnifique duplex au rez-de-chaussée offre trois chambres (deux chambres king et une chambre twin avec deux lits jumeaux) et un canapé-lit (queen) dans le salon. La piscine privée d'eau salée chauffée surdimensionnée avec entrée sur la plage (idéale pour les jeunes enfants), cascade et piscine Tiki Hut, douche extérieure et aménagement paysager tropical luxuriant plairont à tout âge. Un spacieux (1500pc), plan ouvert salon-salle à manger-cuisine avec de hauts plafonds cathédrale. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Les ventilateurs de plafond et les téléviseurs à écran plat sont situés dans toutes les chambres et le salon, offrant gratuitement le câble, le téléphone et Internet sans fil. Chaises de plage, chariot de plage, serviettes de plage, chaises longues, barbecue à gaz et table de patio sont fournis pour votre usage. Les portes coulissantes en verre hors du salon permettent d'évaluer et de visualiser facilement la piscine (parfait pour garder un œil sur les enfants).
Le chalet est à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants, du chariot gratuit de l'île, des magasins et bien sûr de la plage. Nous favorisons un environnement extrêmement propre et avons tout fait pour rendre votre séjour confortable et agréable. Nous employons une société de gestion locale de confiance (disponible 24h / 24 et 7j / 7) pour garantir que tous vos besoins sont satisfaits et que votre séjour au Coco Cabana correspond ou dépasse vos attentes. De nombreux petits extras font de ce chalet l'endroit idéal pour votre prochaine visite sur l'île.

We booked this listing based off the pictures and proximity to the beach. It exceeded our expectations. It was a six minute walk to the beach. The house provided everything we needed for beach days. The decor was stunning and everything was so clean. Walking distance to loads of nice cafes and restaurants. We will definitely be back to stay!

We had an AMAZING experience at Coco Cabana. The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. The pool was bigger than most on AMI. This is our third time to AMI and our favorite house! We actually made use of the beach supplies as well. The umbrella and beach wagon worked great. We will be back :)

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Anna Maria. It has spacious rooms that comfortably fit our family of 5. All the amenities needed are available and the property is conveniently located close to the beach. We have stayed here for the last 2 years and will be booking again for next year.

This home is beautiful and comfortable. There is enough room to spread out and for all to have the space they need. The teens loved the pool and the proximity to places they could get to easily on their bikes. We could walk or bike to many places (coffee, ice cream, restaurants). The walk to the beach was easy and the beach wagon and all the beach accessories available at the house make it extra easy to have perfect beach days. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking supplies and utensils to make meals. You will not be disappointed in this one!

The Coco Cabana is absolutely amazing! Rarely do you rent a home that looks even better than the pictures. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool and yard are meticulously kept. They have all the goodies you need for the beach and pool (beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, kids life vests, pool noodles, cooler and pool floats) The outdoor shower definitely comes in handy when coming back from the beach which is an easy 5/6 minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The free trolley also had a stop at the end of the block. The house itself is very well done. You can tell they took their time with the finishes and decor. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and updated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The management company is the absolute best! They went above and beyond for our family. If you are on the fence book the Coco Cabana. You will not regret it!

Best on the island!

We have stayed at Coco Cabana numerous times and it has always been 5/5 stars. The post hurricanes remodel left nothing to be desired. This place is spacious and beautiful, and the pool is fabulous! It is centrally located in Holmes Beach and will not disappoint. Owners are responsive and wonderful to work with as well as the management agency. We’ve already booked again for next year!

After several visits to Anna Maria Island, and never wanting to leave, we decided to look for a property of our own. We had planned to retire to this home but landed in Sarasota with our two little dogs instead. Our cottage has a long and well-established rental history with VRBO and the local rental agency. We pay close attention to the maintenance and refreshing of the home. We are sure you will be as thrilled with the cottage and pool area as we are. The single-story, open floor plan, pool, patio, and close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping really set the cottage apart from other listings.

Multiple public beach access points provide an uncongested peaceful experience. Anna Maria Island offers a laid back relaxing atmosphere which brings you back time and time gain. Our cottage is spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with an excellent private pool package exclusively for your enjoyment. You will not be disappointed with the cottage. Take a 'close look' at other cottage pictures inside and out and you can see why our home is in high demand. We employ a well-established, local management company that is available 24 /7 to meet your needs during your stay.

Cathedral ceilings, and a terrific private pool for your exclusive use. There are many little extras which make you feel at home. A quick 6-minute stroll places you on one of America's finest beaches. Shopping, restaurants and free trolley, are within easy walking distance. No huge condo's and fast food restaurants, only mom and pop restaurants which offer a variety of choices for your dining pleasure. You won't have to get in your car after you arrive if you don't want to.
