Lovely, convenient rental in Cottonwood

The rental house was small but met our needs in terms of location and convenience. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The hosts were reachable and friendly. We cooked our meals rather than going out, and the kitchen did not have some items we would have expected, but it also provided some bonus items. My only complaint would be the price. The added fees, taxes, and required insurance bumped the price much higher than expected. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

Wine festival

We came up for the wine festival and had a delightful time. Property was clean and cute. Bed was comfy, we didn’t cook at the property but loved the idea of spices and pans. TV was very slow running but we didn’t spend much time to watch TV so it wasn’t a big deal. Easy distance to down town

Property good for 1,2, or 3 adults. Knew in advance it only had one bathroom. Expecting the bathroom to be nice size but it was small. Back area behind house very small. Netflix is low dollar plan and had ad's. Did not appreciate at all the mandatory 59 fee for property damage protection. Vrbo is operated by morons and impossible to communiicate with.

Great accommodations, quiet, and well taken care of by a host who will always be available

Incredible location, close to so many restaurants, cute shops, excellent scenery, and fantastic hiking trails. Cannot say enough about our hosts, they really have a fantastic rental that we will be coming back next year. Can't say enough about how comfortable and pleasurable our stay was. Fall Trip to Arizona

This property in Cottonwood was quiet, comfortable and provided us with a convient location to explore the Sedona area of Arizona. Hiking, biking, exploring the region and many other activities are available to travelers who stay here. We will stay here again if and when we return to this region for future visits. We really enjoyed your little house. It was very well appointed, with everything we needed. I was with my girlfriend from Washington state. I slept on one of the single beds, which was a little soft for me. I moved to the other and it was great. We were especially surprised that we could use Netflix. Your house was very clean, Thank you!

So clean, organized, and well-stocked.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great base camp for exploring around Sedona. The place was clean and well-stocked, and everything was labeled and easy to use. The location was good. There wasn't really anything in close walking distance, but we hadn't expected there to be. Dead Horse Ranch State Park and Old Town Cottonwood were very close drives, and we didn't have any issues finding parking until we were in Sedona. I definitely preferred the vibe of Old Town Cottonwood to the vibe of Sedona. Sedona scenery is beautiful, but the town is overly touristy - I'm glad we didn't stay there. Donna & Roy let us use space in the garage to park our mountain bikes, which was really convenient since we used them every day during out stay. We weren't around much during the day since we were biking and exploring, so we didn't do much there but shower, sleep, eat breakfast, and pack our lunches for the day, but the place was perfect for our needs.
