Thank you so much for your kind words. The location is one of the things we like best about our condo. We're only 10 minutes from Pier Park for shopping, movies, great restaurants, and amusements for the kids; but our area of the beach is so quiet and uncrowded, it feels as if we have our own private paradise! My friends who own the condo also told me that your husband caught some really nice fish on our lake too. Wasn't it 5 speckled trout? I'm sure he made good use of the fish-cleaning sink on the end of our private pier. We loved having your sweet family and hope you can return again soon!

Your family vacation sounds like a dream! The private boat ramp is a definite plus for us too. We love to fish and explore Phillips Inlet and Lake Powell. It's such a beautiful area, and the protected waters make it the best location in PCB for kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review and for mentioning a couple of items that are easily fixed. I've already been discussing the shower head with the owners, and they said they will go right out and get a hand-held shower head that can be mounted higher than the current head. None of us had thought of it until you mentioned it. I wish you had texted or called me to ask about a blanket for the sofa bed. I wonder -- did you happen to look inside the ottoman beside the downstairs TV? It's actually a storage ottoman, and we keep the extra blanket in there. Our housekeeper typically leaves a starter roll of toilet tissue in each restroom, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a garbage bag in each can, and a small soap in each restroom for your convenience. As much as we'd love to furnish plenty for our guests to use all week, I'm afraid that past experience has shown that most guests will take every roll we leave; so we'd end up having to leave a case every week. This is only the second Summer we've rented this unit, so I really value your suggestions. Each one helps us to ensure a better stay for future guests. Although we try to think of everything our guests will need, someone reminds us occasionally of something we forgot or overlooked. I really appreciate your input.
