NOUVELLEMENT MIS À JOUR !! Venez sĂ©journer dans ce condo de plage parfait. Emplacement rare en face de la magnifique plage de Magic Sands. Ce condo est trĂšs spacieux avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain. Les commoditĂ©s sont excellentes avec l'air central, les ascenseurs, la piscine chauffĂ©e, le barbecue, les courts de tennis, le sauna, le billard et le parking couvert en tandem et plus encore. SituĂ© sur Alii Drive, Ă  proximitĂ© des marchĂ©s de producteurs, de l'Ă©picerie, des restaurants, des magasins, du cinĂ©ma et du golf, le tout dans la rĂ©gion de Keauhou.

Le salon est assez grand avec TV. WIFI, A / C central, et une laveuse / sécheuse sont fournis pour votre commodité. Ne vous inquiétez pas non plus d'apporter votre propre équipement océanique. La maison a des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des serviettes de plage et de l'équipement de plongée en apnée situés dans l'espace de stockage prÚs de la place de stationnement.

Lorsque vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt Ă  vous reposer, il y a deux chambres. La chambre principale contient un lit king-size oriental et dispose d'une salle de bains privative attenante. La salle de bain a une douche autonome et une vanitĂ© spacieuse. La chambre d'hĂŽtes dispose Ă©galement d'un lit king-size oriental. Une salle de bain d'hĂŽtes est prĂ©parĂ© avec un combo douche / baignoire.

Everything was great! The directions to the condo, inside the complex weren't completely clear, but after about 5 minutes of driving, we found our parking space and our condo. Our host was easily reached for questions and was informative and friendly. The condo is in a perfect location: close to beaces and many restaurants. The condo was perfectly stocked, clean and comfy. We loved the balcony which we used every morning for breakfast and every evening to relax. The view: one way was the ocean and the other direction were the mountains. We didn't use the beautiful pool or BBQ area, but both were great clean spaces.We were traveling with 4 adults and we used the provided boogie boards, snorkling gear, noodles and beach mats. It was a great 4 night stay!

We had a great stay. Great location to the Magic Sands beach and kids also had fun playing in the pool. Short drive to grocery store, lots of good food options close by. Josh communicated quickly and was also flexible.

Fabulous location, excellent host

Location is amazing with easy access to beach. Pool is fabulous and the unit was as described. Google maps made finding our parking space a challenge in the dark. Josh was very responsive to any questions throughout our stay so never felt alone. Great trip.

Where do I start. Great location, comfortable beds. Very well stocked and I'm not kidding. There was some salad dressing. Mayo, mustard a couple of beers. Lots of stuff that we would have had to buy. The best beach in Kona is right across the street. This condo is a must stay.

i feel like the pics were a little deceiving. The Magic Sands restaurant is across and down street but there was a pic of it saying exterior. The place had a weird funky musky smell to it. But great location and wonderful beach chairs and umbrellas. updated appliances which were nice! Bathrooms need updating but work!

White Sand Beach 322

This condo is in the perfect location, especially if you are not planning to spend all of your time downtown Kona. The views are amazing, the people are friendly and the location is laid back and quiet. The owner of the condo was amazing and allowed our last day on the island to be exactly what we needed (thank you Joshua)! The added amenities allowed us to have chairs, coolers, bags and many other things to use while heading to the beach. The condo is spacious and was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely book this condo again for any future travel to the Big Island!

Comfortable place

The unit is comfortable and has everything you need. The really big TV made my husband happy. There's one soft bed and one firmer bed.The downside isthe beach out front gets very crowded and has fairly big waves. Not great for swimming. But the unit is only about 20 minutes south of Kua Beach which was fantastic and only about five minutes north of another beach that has good snorkeling. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Great property, in a good location

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The property was as advertised, clean, everything worked well, host was helpful and communicative. Pool and hot tub were both good, and never too crowded. One tiny issue - Google maps directions weren't quite right. The complex has two driveways, and the parking is not connected. Google directs you to the southern driveway, but you need to turn into the northern driveway, which Google maps doesn't seem to know about. When coming from North, it will say "Take the next turn" - which works (because you hit the northern driveway before the southern) but we came from south, turned too soon, and got confused our first time.

Homey Big Island Getaway

We had a great stay at Josh’s condo. We enjoyed the “homey” feeling, the location was great and view was beautiful. The restaurant across the street was tasty, especially for breakfast and coffee at the Shack and there are many beaches within a few minute drive. Additionally, downtown Kona was only about 10-12 mins. Be aware that the beach across the street is not there in late February/early March - we didn’t realize the beach was gone for months out of the year, but thought it was ”magic” where the tide would make the beach appear/disappear based on time of day not year. We spoke to residents of the village who noted it is usually gone January - mid/late March. Some other pros included: fast communication with Josh, comfortable master bed, nice amenities at the building including pool, hot tub, parking spot, sauna and grills. A couple cons were both bathrooms needing updating, the hot water not lasting very long (ie, barely through 2 adults showering), dirty dishes in the cabinets, many of the pans needing to be replaced (non-stick coating is flaking and basically gone in center of a few), and our infant son not being able to go in the pool because of a “no swim diaper” rule, which we were aware of prior to the trip.

Perfect Setting

We stayed for 3 weeks--our experience was excellent. The condo is on the 3rd floor(yes there is an elevator) of the south wing of the complex, facing northwest with a view of Magic Sands Beach from the lanai. We were pleasantly surprised that we did not get the intense morning sun and the unit stayed cool and comfortable all day long without having to use the A/C. The unit is just far enough back from the road to keep the beach, traffic and pool noise to a comfortable level. Overall, the complex is well maintained--the pool, covered bbq area and landscaping were lovely and clean. The owners association seems to be working hard to update the structure(built in the 1970s so obviously has had wear and tear over the years) and the office staff was very helpful with information. We felt the location was perfect--Walking across the street to watch the sunset from the beach and there is also a restaurant across the street. The Kona Trolley stops right near the condo if you don't want to use your car and if you are a walker, it is 1 mile to a great snorkeling beach, 4 miles into the downtown or 2.5 miles to a nice little shopping center to the south(groceries, drug store, restaurants, book store, etc) Josh was one of the best parts of the experience. He responded immediately to any questions and was open to ideas and extremely personable with lots of good suggestions about places to visit and activities on the island. He has only owned the unit for a couple years so is making improvements (replacing furniture, appliances and decor) as he goes along. Not sure when we will be able to return, but would definitely try to rebook.

Wonderful condo

My husband and I stayed in this condo with our 2 kids for 12 nights and loved every minute of our stay. It was well-appointed with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and as other reviewers have said, the views from the lanai of the ocean and the island were breathtaking and even better than expected. The pool/grill/pool table areas were very clean and we enjoyed using all of them frequently. There was a large sectional in the living room, which was different than what was pictured when we booked our stay, and it was perfect for one of our boys to use as a bed. The surf at Magic Sands Beach was very high during our stay, making it unsafe for our kids to go in the water at this beach, but the sunsets from the beach (and the lanai) were magical. We would definitely stay in this condo again!
