White Sands Village # 213 est une nouvelle addition spectaculaire à l'inventaire de locations de vacances de Knutson & Associates.
Bienvenue dans le meilleur emplacement que White Sands Village a à offrir. Cette unité premium est située au 2ème étage et fait face à la plage Magic Sands.
Cette unité de coin étonnante a une masse enveloppante lanai avec des vues incroyables.

Unité # 213 a 1020 pieds carrés intérieurs avec une véranda de 416 pieds carrés! Nouveau plancher de vinyle Plank installé dans tout le salon. Carreaux de céramique dans les chambres! Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité! Il est livré avec un parking couvert sous le bâtiment pour 2 véhicules!

Cette unité unique comprend un lit queen dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre d'amis.
Excellent choix pour 4 personnes! La propriété a une cuisine entièrement équipée REMODES avec des tabourets de bar et une grande table à manger à l'intérieur pour prendre vos repas. Vous voulez entendre les vagues pendant que vous profitez de votre tasse de café du matin?! Table et chaises de jardin sur la grande véranda aussi!

Le White Sands Village est la première destination de location de vacances à Kona avec vue sur l'océan et la montagne. Il est situé directement en face de la plage Magic Sands; la seule plage de sable blanc entre Kailua et Keauhou.
Le complexe dispose d'une belle piscine et d'un spa, d'un paysage tropical luxuriant et de deux courts de tennis. Les autres équipements incluent une bibliothèque de poche et une table de billard.

Perfect location and has an awesome view of the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking items you'd need on vacation (not food). I would stay here again for sure!

Great Location

We loved the lanai and the view and walking across to the beach was a highlight. Appreciated the boogie boards that we could use and some other beach supplies. The pool was also great! We had a fabulous time!

A great spot on the Kailua-Kona Coast

We loved our stay at the Surf Rider condo! The check-in was easy and the property matched the description exactly. It's located right across the road from Magic Sands beach, which is great for swimming and boogie boarding, and just a mile from the best snorkeling beach on the coast at Kahalu'u Beach. It's a corner unit so it has a huge lanai with a great view, and also right across the street from Magics Restaurant, where we had a great meal on our last night. The property was very clean with lots of beach gear. Can't wait to come back!

Good family vacation unit

Overtall was a good location with great beach views, noisy at times but also fun to view the beach activities. The unit itself need updating, the quality of the basic amenities was not as expected, in short, a critical look at the unit with some basic upgrades would make a big difference

4.75 Stars, Fabulous Sunset view

Great Lanai, and unit layout. Nice pool, and park across the road. Excellent wash,dryer, frig, etc. Not too far from town. Excellent restaurant a half block away. Poke Shack ( best in Hawaii) is just a mile north.Negatives. Needs a new king master bed. No internet by the pool. Two sets of stairs to the unit.

City life in Kona

Loved our stay. Kitchen had basics plus lots of cooking utensils (need an ice cream scoop). Pool, sauna, and ocean across the street as advertised. Condo comfortable and even luxurious with two bathrooms. Very loud vehicles and music well after midnight especially on weekends. View from the lanai is the best part of tthe place!

Great stay in Kona

The unit is huge (1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom + 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom) and super well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The balcony that surround the unit is large (very large !) and very enjoyable to admire the sunset. The small beach located on the other side of the street is funny (it has some nice surf that worth a try). Communication with the rental agency was always smooth and precise. Recommended !
