This property was beautiful and a great location! Check in and owner communication went well! The only thing I would change is that it needs to advertise there are a lot of steps...if you have an issue with mobility, this is not the place for you!

Loved the house and location. Wish we had spent more time at the house to enjoy all the games and patios but we were always on the go. Jonny was amazing and responded so fast to any of my questions which is so needed when traveling. Amazing communication from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice for group gathering

This property is better than advertised! My friends and I were looking for a place that was centrally located and provided social areas both indoors and outdoors - and this place delivered. The roof deck was an amazing option when the weather was nice (the firepit was great in the evening) and the gaming room was a great alternative when it rained on us. Walkable to 12th Ave S and a short Uber ride to the rest of Nashville made this a great place to stay.

Poor communication, not the smoothest experience

Property description wasn’t accurate in the narrative. The listing of the bedrooms that was separate was correct. The room with full size bunk bed is super tiny, just barely room for the bed. I had messaged the hosts asking about an accurate description of games in the garage- as what was listed in the narrative didn’t appear in the pictures. They replied and said they’d ask their team to get back to me- then never did. I also messaged asking about a Keurig (as it looked like there was one in the pictures), again they didn’t reply. There is a Keurig. They sent a message regarding check-in and said I’d be included in a group text for ease of communication during my trip. The group text thread never occurred. The house was moderately clean- the floors had a lot of hair and dust bunnies on them. Walls and doors were beat up. A drawer in the fridge was broken and unusable. A toilet paper holder fell off during use. Light bulbs were burnt out. The biggest complaint was a car parked in front of the garage during our entire five day stay. Per the host it couldn’t be moved until the police came out to make sure it wasn’t stolen. So we had to park around it, blocking ourselves in with the two vehicles we had. Communication regarding the car was also poor. The host would say they’d be in touch with more info and then never respond again. The house itself was great for five adults and four kids. Lots of stairs, but also lots of space. Kitchen had a lot of utensils and appliances.

Communication was excellent. Easy to get in at arrival. Great location. The house was clean, spacious, everything we needed in the kitchen was available. All we needed were our suitcases. The beds were comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom. We enjoyed the game room. I felt very safe and comfortable in the area the house is located. There are a lot of stairs. Which was ok but don’t wear socks on the stairs. We would definitely stay again!!

Nash Bash Success

Hi all! What a great trip. This location is a little south of downtown nashville, but 7-10min Uber ride to everything we went to. The house was beautiful, with plenty of room for all of the girls. The mattresses were HEAVEN (all the girls raved about this), MORE than enough closet space, three showers, and the kitchen and dining room space was spacious and open. Our last day we sat around the dining room table reminiscing and eating our leftovers, such great memories. Lots of steps though, for those of you with any handicaps, just to let you know, but definitely got my exercise in which I love lol. Also, Ubers don’t love the pick up spot, but if you walk about 500ft to the side road, it’s an easier spot for the Ubers to pull over. Fantastic space to stay, highly recommend! We had such a great stay!

Great location. Lots of room. Comfortable beds.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The decor was so pretty and the game room was super fun. We were able to communicate with the property manager by text and they were always quick to respond. We requested an early check-in and the cleaning service was super fast to meet our request. With that said, I do think they were rushed and some of the details were missed. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was missing some essential items like a corkscrew and strainer. We were able to make it work.
