We went on a family vacationat the end of Julu with 3 kids, and 7 adults and it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and we would come together downstairs on the main floor. Great locationand great price. Definetly recommend especially for a large family like ours.

My family gathered in the Denver area for a memorial golf tournament for our son who had passed away unexpectedly in May. We had 10 adult family members stay at this home and had my sister’s family (8 adults) over for dinner. The house was perfect from top to bottom! Comfortable and ample room for sleeping, bathroom use and with the added # of people with my sister’s 8 the house still felt comfortable with the use of the outdoor space and inside dining. For such an emotional week, this home was always great to come back to. Thank you!

Very roomy, worked well for us. Great Communications from the owners. Extremely great location between Boulder and Denver with Costco's and everything else you could need within just a couple of minutes.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our family who was in town for a wedding. The kitchen was big and well stocked, and there was plenty of room for family meals. One thing to note is that all of the sleeping spaces are either upstairs or downstairs, which was a little challenging for my elderly parents.

Perfect for our family get-together

We all enjoyed our stay in this large clean house and especially liked the pretty fenced backyard. The home is in a nice family neighborhood which is a very short walk away from a park, which our grandkids loved.This older home has good sized bedrooms, plenty of beds and 4 bathrooms. We were happy to find that plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap were provided.

The house needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Almost everything we used in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use it. Ended up buying paper plates, cups and utensils. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

The house was great. Our needs were actually met better than expected for beds & showers. The contacts were initially great, but then had difficulties communicating with them & trying to make some changes.
