This entire house is 15 minutes to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Boulder! The 12-person house can handle big groups - enjoy multiple hangout and individual workspaces throughout the house including several TV areas, board games, and a full game room with darts, foosball, and arcade games! After a long day take a nice soak in the private hot tub or relax and enjoy the 300 days of sunshine in the outside lounge, firepit, and BBQ area, or in the oversized dining room and sunroom!

Great Thanksgiving holiday in Denver area

The entire experience was easy from check-in to check-out. The rental is modern, clean, and within 20 minutes of all Denver events. I suggest curtains in all the bedrooms since not everyone is up with the sun. Thanks for a great place to hang our Texas hats.

Perfect for an extended family stay!

We had my family of 4 and the grandparents stay here for a 4 night stay, and it was great! We spent a lot of time in Boulder, and it was only about 20 minutes away. Great location and the fenced in backyard was a perfect play space for two toddlers to run around. And the hot tub was nice for when they went to bed! Would definitely recommend!

Spacious Home in Westminster

Travelled with three families and an assortment of kids. This place was perfect! Would have brought the dogs if we weren't flying. The hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day. Plenty of space for everyone and comfortable beds.

We had a great time we found the property to be well taken care of the AC blew cold we had our rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding there and it went very well.

Family retreat

We gathered with our kids together for the first time in a year. The house fit our needs perfectly. Great kitchen. The hot tub was a definite plus on the listing. The porch with the long table gave us plenty of room to enjoy meals together. Very clean! We highly recommend this host and would stay here again with our family. Thank you!

Stay over Christmas

We stayed at Andrew's place due to a small fire we had our house. Andrew was so helpful in getting everything set up. The house is way better than we expected. The street noise is alot, but the sound machines in each room, block it out well. Would stay again!machines in

Lovely home

This is a lovely home with lots of space to spread out. The decor and furnishings are nice. It is however on a very busy, loud street which made being outside a no go.

Colorado Vacation

We had the best time on our family vacation. The house was very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and then come together. It was in a central location of all the activities we wanted to do, but I wish the neighborhood was a bit nicer, having better shops and restaurnats within walking distance. Andrew was a wonderful host, responding quickly to all of my questions. I would defently stay here again!

Super awesome stay!

My family and I had a great time in this home. Just as listing showed and the convenience of it being a corner house on a busy street was a plus because it’s easy access to everything. It was very spacious, lots of amenities included and the rooms were comfy and nice. Lots of board games to choose from. We went for my mom’s 60th and she enjoyed the stay very much along with the kids and other adults. Thanks for being a great host!

House was just what we needed

The house was well suited to the needs of our group. 2 families of 6 and the sleeping arrangements were such that 1 family was upstairs and 1 was downstairs. We had separate living spaces as well and the backyard patio seating was nice. Everything has been updated. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a coffee bar with all that we needed. (Nice touch!) we were a little concerned with being on a very busy street on one side and a side street with very little (actually no) parking on the other with lots of traffic on both but we adjusted to both. We were a little concerned about neighborhood when we arrived but it was ok with no problems at all except lots of noise. Hot tub was greatly enjoyed.
