Escape to this spacious 5-bed, 2-bath Denver home, perfect for groups! Enjoy 1,800 sq ft with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a hot tub, a fire pit, and a huge fenced yard. Renovated for comfort, it's your ideal base for exploring both the city and the Rocky Mountains. Conveniently located near I-70 for easy access to Red Rocks and more. Sleeps 10 comfortably.
We value your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. You will have the entire home to yourselves. We are not on the property but are readily available to answer any questions or address any needs via the messaging app. Our goal is for you to feel at home and enjoy your vacation.
The Sloans Lake area offers a unique blend of peace and vibrancy. Located just minutes from Downtown Denver, visitors can enjoy the tranquility of the lake and surrounding parks while also experiencing the excitement of nearby attractions such as Downtown Denver, Red Rocks, and the Foothills. The main floor features an open-plan kitchen that flows into a spacious lounge, complete with comfortable couches and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Downstairs, you'll find a second cozy lounge area and a convenient kitchenette.
Upstairs Living Room: 65" widescreen TV with Netflix and an electric fireplace.
Downstairs Living Room: Cozy lounge perfect for movies or playing the included Sega Genesis.
Kitchens: A full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs for convenience.
Dining: Two dining tables are available, seating 8-10 and 5 people respectively.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home features five stylish and comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for your entire group.
Bedroom 1 (Master): King-size bed, TV, and ample closet space.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen-size bed, stylish decor, and a small desk.
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen-size bed with elegant decor.
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Queen-size bed in a bright and cozy room.
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): Queen-size bed with well-situated sconce lamps.
Youâll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms, one on each floor. Both feature a walk-in shower, bright lighting, and large mirrors. We provide hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
OUTDOOR OASIS
Step outside into the huge, fully-fenced backyard to relax and unwind.
Hot Tub: New 5-person hot tub with 35 hydrotherapy jets.
Fire Pit: 6-person fire pit for gathering under the stars.
Private Yard: The perfect setting for enjoying meals al fresco, playing yard games, and basking in the famous Colorado sunshine.
Driving around the area is easy and accessible. Lyfts/Ubers are plentiful and take merely minutes to arrive.
WANT TO BRING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s), and we should be able to accommodate with a fee adjustment. $100 fee per dog; maximum of 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats permitted. Please be aware that the adjacent property has dogs. You may occasionally see or hear them through the fence.
