Aloha Condos, Hanalei Bay Resort, Appartement de copropriété 6303, Vue sur l'océan, AC

L'installation de gouttières, l'imperméabilisation et la peinture des extérieurs des bâtiments est un projet qui sera achevé pour les dates suivantes de la phase 1.   La peinture de l'extérieur du complexe nécessitera un échafaudage sur les bâtiments ci-dessous. La première phase, qui débutera à la fin du mois de juin, comprendra les bâtiments suivants: Bâtiment 1, Hibiscus (30 juin - 31 août 2019) Bâtiment 2, Bougainvillea (1er septembre au 31 octobre 2019) Bâtiment 3, Guava (1er novembre) - 31 décembre 2019) De plus, dans le cadre de nos initiatives d'embellissement et de sécurité, les trottoirs et les sentiers du complexe seront également réparés. Les travaux devraient commencer en septembre et se terminer d'ici le 31 octobre 2019.  Les horaires sont toujours soumis à des retards.

Un condo de luxe au dernier étage, avec une chambre lit king plus LOFT. La majestueuse vue à 180 degrés sur l'océan et la montagne surplombe la baie d'Hanalei et les montagnes environnantes qui bordent la côte. Ce condo privé a été rénové en 2015 pour lui donner une atmosphère ouverte et aérée, avec beaucoup de lumière, un mobilier et une décoration modernes et une cuisine moderne, bien fournie et somptueuse. Il est idéalement situé à proximité des courts de tennis et des deux piscines et se trouve à quelques pas du parking. Hanalei Bay Resort borde les 2ème et 3ème trous du magnifique parcours de golf Princeville Makai.

Amazing Property

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at HBR. We’ve stayed at this resort several times and this was our favorite unit. Great location on the property, sweeping views, huge Lanai. The loft area was the perfect place for our boys to have their own space and privacy. Definitely functions as a big two bedroom. Unit was very well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen through beach gear. Management was very communicative, friendly and easy to work with. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend this for a spectacular stay on the north shore.

Absolute perfection

We had an absolutely amazing 1 week stay. The condo is in the perfect location, has everything you need and is very comfortable. The view is beyond amazing. My husband and I enjoyed eating dinners and drinking coffee on the balcony every day. The resort amenities are great and the staff is super helpful and friendly. We are already planning our next trip back!

Stunning Views

Highly recommend this charming condo with a million dollar view. The unit was clean, bright and did I mention the stunning view? The owners really did a spectacular job decorating and the wall art by local artists was a treat. I really enjoyed looking at the detail of each piece. We celebrated our 20 year anniversary in class. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous Condo

Absolutely beautiful condo with amazing amenities. We loved the location of the condo and the view. The condo was fully stocked and had high finishes. Loved being able to walk down to the beach, the golf course on site, and the on site restaurants. This was a perfect stay. I should add, we left an item and the owner was fast to communicate with us and have it shipped immediately. Will definitely stay here again when visiting next year.

A Terrific Stay at Hanalei Bay Resort

This was an excellent overall experience. We have stayed at the Hanalei Bay Resort three times and believe it is a great location for enjoying the Hanalei Bay/Princeville area. This unit in particular is in a great, top-floor location with a wonderful view of the bay and the Napali Coast. The unit is very well decorated, with everything in great condition. The owners and the property manager were proactive communicators and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Perfect Vacation Vibes

We stayed at a house via VRBO for the first week with our children and grandchildren. Then we all moved three doors closer to the Hanalei Bay Resort. We all were offered space for refrigerated food and luggage as our move-out/move-in times didn’t coincide. We had separate condos from our kids but all of us enjoyed our time at both places. We want to rent the same places again next year.

What a view!!!

The 6303 unit has an incredible view! We enjoyed sunsets, morning coffee and even dinner outside on the awesome balcony with that amazing view! The resort was very nice with a nice pool, great service and even its own beach access. The location was great in Princeville to explore the North Kauai sights too! We appreciated the boogie boards and beach gear too. The unit was well stocked, managed and appointed as well. We would definitely come back to this wonderful unit and view!

Condo 6303 Hanalei Bay Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our short 3-night stay at HBR. The condo was comfortable and had an amazing view. The main pool was really nice, though our son stubbed his toe on the rocks inside the pool pretty badly on the first night’s swim and stopped going in the water after that. That staff was helpful and rush to get him bandages because it was a deep cut and bleeding badly. A short drive to Hanalei and Haena. Short walk down to Pu’u Poa Beach for some amazing sunset views of Bali Hai. We would definitely recommend HBR.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort, Condo 6303! From the moment we arrived, we felt so lucky to be staying in such a beautiful and welcoming condo. The kitchen was nicely updated and had everything we needed, and the loft area was absolutely perfect for our two kids (ages 5 and 7). They were thrilled to have their own space, beds, and TVs for cozy movie nights.The balcony was truly the highlight for us. The view is just breathtaking — even better than the pictures. We spent every morning out there with coffee, and it was also our favorite place to relax during the rain, play cards, and just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It felt like the perfect escape and exactly the kind of calm, restorative getaway our family needed.We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras, including the in-unit washer and dryer, AC, fans, and the beach chairs and toys. Those little touches made such a difference and made our stay even more comfortable and fun.We’re so grateful we got to stay here and would happily return again. This condo made our trip so special.The only small note is that we had sent a question ahead of arrival and didn’t hear back, though it ended up not affecting our stay. Everything else was absolutely wonderful, and we would still highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Kauai. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

Great all around

Wonderful location, fantastic views, great beach. The condo unit was nicely furnished, comfortable and well equipped for beach activities. Definitely worth staying here and convenient to any of the wonderful north shore beaches with plenty of nearby amenities.

Beautiful Property, Welcoming hosts

Mahalo nui loa Ross, Julie and Rocco! Even though we stayed for a short while, we enjoyed every minute at Hanalei Bay. My parents, fiancé and I are all so grateful for having the opportunity to relax at such a beautiful property. Looking forward to hopefully have the opportunity to stay longer next time!

Absolutely Perfect Vacation Home

The condo was perfect! It’s situated to have possibly the best view at HBR. The decor and furnishings were inviting, comfortable and luxurious. The kitchen and beach closet were both well stocked with all the things you’d need. Everything was just right! Very well maintained, cleaned thoroughly, and great communication from owners and property manager. I highly recommend. My family has visited five HBR condos, and 6303 will be my first choice if I’m lucky enough to make a return!

Beautiful views and location!

We were amazed by the view from this well maintained condo! Everything was clean and the resort’s tennis courts, Pools and location can’t be beat. Two bathrooms would have been a plus and a better couch for relaxing would also be nice, but other than that, it was wonderful.

Beautiful!

This was our first visit to Kauai and Hanalei Bay Resort and unit 6303 made it perfect. The condo was just as advertised and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Rocco, the property manager was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. And that bed! My husband and I have a luxurious bed that we love, but we both commented that it might be a disappointment after our bed there. My only comment, and this applied to our accommodations on both sides of the island, was that it would have been nice to know in advance that, after running the COVID gauntlet before travel and at the airport, we would have to do it again upon arrival at the resorts. Minor issue that did not take away from this beautiful location. Wish we could have stayed longer.
