Spacious yet comfy. Entire unit with two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. Bathroom has full shower/tub bathroom. Fully carpeted with hardwood and vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom. A small private deck and an outdoor grill is also available. Central heat and A/C (A/Cs are out for winter) are available throughout the unit.

Short cozy place to stay

It was a nice quiet place to stay for me and my partner to stay while he stayed in Troy NY. I live in Troy and my partner is trying to deciede if he wants to live here.

Great place

Was a beautiful place. Had an issue with the TV but with fast communication host had the problem fixed ASAP. Very quiet and sweet neighbors also.

Long weekend stay

It fit our needs perfectly....a place to sleep, shower, make coffee and watch some TV at the end of our day. Our trip was built around seeing family in the area. We did not need outdoor space or fancy accommodations. It was clean and comfortable!!

Good for RPI visit

We went to attend our son’s graduation at RPI, and it was a great choice compared to hotels. There was a lot of space for our family to spend time together. It was only a few minutes from campus and quite affordable.We had a bit of trouble reaching our host before the visit, partly delays from VRBO’s side, but nothing very serious. The unit was a tad shabby but didn’t feel dirty.

Clean, everything in working order. Property manager friendly and prompt. Comfortable bed but needs new linens. Bathroom could use an update.

Not what was portrayed

The kitchen and bathroom could have used a cleaning and some fixing. Bed very squeaky, and questionable neighborhood. Host was very responsive to questions though!

Nice place

Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again.

Our stay

Was told AC in the unit we booked was down.. gave us another rental was 16 mins further then the one we originally booked which stinks because we were going for a concert. Got to the place tv didn’t work said cleaners must of popped a breaker
 a guy came with extension cords to fix the problem didn’t even look at the breaker.. I wouldn’t recommend staying again.

Not what I expected

Positives- owner lives onsite and was responsive. The property was clean. My overall opinion- the location was tricky to find. More descriptors would be helpful. I want to be both respectful and honest- as someone from out of town and not familiar with the neighborhood I did not feel safe. There was even a large dog barking in the adjacent yard complete with its owner yelling at it. This was not a vacation rental. It was barely acceptable for a get away. I was dropping off a kid to college and the quality of this property ruined my last night with her. I had he stay with her dad at a hotel because it felt sketchy. Maybe for the right group good enough would be fine. I expected more from a vacation rental organization. Hotel for me next visit.

Wonderful weekend trip

Had a great stay at this property as I met up with some old friends. The place was beautiful and cozy and it was easy to contact the hosts with any questions.
